Mans nature is to gain wealth and power, this comes from the sinful nature of men. The founding fathers knew there would have to be a separation of power in order to prevent one branch, or person to gain ultimate power. .

I am a graduate of LIberty University, with a Masters degree. I have pastored two SBC churches over the last 17 years, spending 20 years in the sales service industry; concurrent to the pastorship. I served in the USAF for six years and have worked with the local Jefferson County Pregnancy Care Center. Currently while serving as State Representative, I have continued to pastor, as well as work in our food pantry serving over 100 families a month.
