QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Taxpayer dollars must never subsidize the taking of innocent human life. Government should not fund abortion providers directly or indirectly, including through Title X or accounting loopholes.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Elective abortion should not be allowed. Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection. Medical emergencies should be addressed with life-saving care for both mother and child whenever possible.

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Science, reason, and moral law confirm that life begins at conception. A just society protects its most vulnerable members at every stage of life.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Strongly Agree

Human embryos are human beings, not disposable material. Their intentional destruction violates human dignity and ethical responsibility.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

Federal law should be enforced as written. Interstate trafficking of abortion-inducing drugs undermines state authority, public safety, and protection of life.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

It prevents government control of the church—not people of faith from participating in public life. Religious conviction does not end at the public square.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

No individual or business should be coerced by government to violate sincerely held moral or religious beliefs. Freedom of religion includes freedom from compulsion. This does not justify discrimination based on race or color, which is morally wrong and already prohibited by law. The issue is protecting conscience, not permitting prejudice.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

The biggest threat to the U.S. is the $1.7 T monopoly over world internet and Free Speech. SpaceX plans launches from KSC / Boca Chica deploying up to 42,000 Starlink sats. ULA warns a launchpad explosion could block emergency spy-satellite launches just 6 miles away. If that threatens military access, it also endangers South Padre Island residents. The Texas Governor helped give birth to this existential threat to national and financial security. https://youtu.be/2X53VWKbSY4?si=Z5PDlC1lnzfGOe1M

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes. Israel is a vital democratic ally, a key U.S. security and intelligence partner, and a stabilizing force in a volatile region. The Jewish people are central to biblical history. Nations are blessed when they bless the Jewish people, and history repeatedly confirms this promise. https://youtu.be/HSbzjPVVBhk

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Medicaid and Medicare should remain, but Texas should address clear market failures. Just as Texas invests in roads, water, and power infrastructure, Texas can fund FDA-grade research for proven, non-patentable treatments. Reverse T3 is a strong pilot example—biologically real, widely linked to chronic illness, and potentially a root contributor to decades of rising chronic disease. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DGwDIgPi3JA

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

Centralized medical databases threaten privacy and liberty. Medical decisions belong to patients and physicians—not government surveillance systems.

ECONOMY

What is your position on the minimum wage?

Wages should be driven by skills, productivity, and a competitive free market—not mandates. The biggest threats to wages today are monopolies, inflation, and grid-cost increases driven by water/power hungry datacenters.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

• Free enterprise requires competition. Monopolies—especially in energy, AI, data, and Low Earth Orbit internet—threaten capitalism, free speech, and national security. SpaceX plans up to 42,000 Starlink satellites, positioning a monopoly over LEO as global internet reaches $1.7T annually. ULA warns that a launchpad explosion at KSC could block emergency spy-satellite launches just 6 miles away. Texas lawmakers enabled this risk. https://youtu.be/2X53VWKbSY4?si=Z5PDlC1lnzfGOe1M

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

1. Tax credits, homestead protections, and incentives to schools should reduce rent pressure and encourage active involvement of both biological parents at home and in school. Children supported by both parents have better long-term outcomes and fewer broken homes. 2. Texas should fund FDA-grade research for proven, non-patentable treatments like Reverse T3 and desiccated thyroid, because no private incentive exists to qualify potential “diamonds in the rough”.

IMMIGRATION

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

I do not support sanctuary cities. Compassion is an ecosystem fraught with unintended consequences when it overrides the rule of law. Sanctuary policies encourage illegal migration that drains sending countries—once beautiful, safe nations—of reliable, law-abiding citizens, leaving communities destabilized and vulnerable to lawless gangs. They also strain U.S. resources and weaken cooperation with law enforcement. Enforcement and reform must go together.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and returning control to states and local communities. Education belongs to parents and communities. Centralized control, including AI-driven mandates, can undermine critical thinking and threaten educational quality, truth, and parental authority.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

I do not support foreign government funding of American education because it introduces ideological influence and national-security risks, particularly when it originates from adversarial nations.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?

Protect innocent citizens, deter crime, deliver justice to victims, and rehabilitate offenders where possible—without sacrificing public safety.

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

Government has a responsibility to protect children from online sexual exploitation. Texas should fund enforcement with a $50,000 reward for the capture and conviction of offenders and recover costs through fines on traffickers. Kidnapping a child for trafficking is worse than murder, as it condemns the child to ongoing abuse. A state’s health is measured by how it protects its most vulnerable.

Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

Strongly Agree

The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land. No foreign legal system may be incorporated.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Enforce existing laws against violent criminals. No new restrictions on law-abiding citizens. The right to self-defense is fundamental.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Life from conception; transparent gov.; religious liberty; tough on human trafficking; worker verification; no monopolies; policies that strengthen biological families; water security through industrial water-use taxes funding desalination; stop data-center overreach; a Texan-owned spaceport; higher homestead exemptions to counter Wall Street; Texas funded FDA-grade research into proven, non-patentable treatments to lower costs e.g Thyroid Reverse T3. Meet Bob! https://youtu.be/vq8sLkQEtc8

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No.

VALUES

Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.

Strongly Agree

Parents—not the state—have the fundamental right and duty to direct their children’s health, education, and moral upbringing.

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Children cannot consent to irreversible medical or social interventions. Such actions cause harm and violate a duty of care.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Marriage is a God-ordained institution that predates government authority. The state does not have the power to redefine it.

I support the expansion of gambling in my state.

Strongly Disagree

I strongly oppose expanding gambling. It exploits the vulnerable, increases addiction, shifts wealth from families to corporations, and destabilizes communities. The lottery and scratch-off card industry must also be examined to ensure it is not dominated or manipulated by large stakeholders.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

If God kept His specific, costly promises to Israel—through exile, persecution, and the rebirth of a nation—His faithfulness is proven in history. That visible, promise-keeping God is my foundation and assurance. Salvation is by grace alone, not works (Eph. 2:8–9). Everyone who believes that Jesus Christ died for their sins and rose again will live forever with God. This faith also demands truth-seeking and honesty in science and history. Every child in the world should have access to this information. https://youtu.be/WL222gtpHgY?si=ws0B9NpZZDI2D8sT. And https://youtu.be/Bdf3ovzGvqU?si=llmeZ7NteyRxVxbs Jesus enables His followers to live lives in favor with God and Man through His provisions of Word and H.S. https://youtu.be/ehYmvFheEyQ

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Secure elections require secure voter verification. Photo ID protects the integrity of each lawful vote, deters fraud, and preserves public confidence in outcomes. IDs are routinely required for everyday activities; providing them for voting is reasonable and safeguards equal representation. States can ensure access by offering free IDs and outreach, but removing ID requirements weakens trust in elections.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Justice must be equal under the law, not race. But economic justice is distorted when government enables monopolies to capture public resources. Slaves and many others never received homesteads, yet Texas honored private oil rights. Now access to space via low-Earth-orbit internet projected at $1.7 T per yr. is being given away. Like oil, space profits should belong to Texans via a citizens’ fund, modeled on Norway going to Texas resident US citizens. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2X53VWKbSY4

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

I strongly agree that biological males should not participate in women’s sports or occupy female-only spaces. Biological differences matter for safety, privacy, and fairness. Women’s sports and spaces exist to protect biological women and those protections must be upheld.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Strongly Disagree

Texas’ immediate environmental crisis is water security and quality. Datacenters, HB 24–49, and water-intensive industry threaten aquifers, farmland, and grid reliability. An immediate moratorium on water/power hungry datacenters and a repeal of HB 24-49 which will pollute our farmland and rivers with “treated” fracking water. One spill away... https://youtu.be/twnP84n3ApA?si=X5f5ufoE8gylVTpF

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

No new data centers should be approved. Data centers stress the grid, forcing citizen’s power bills up driving economic injustice. SMRs are not yet commercially proven. No nukes, Bryan-College Station! https://youtu.be/FYw1Xod41g8?si=jSvznZBNaaphUFQZ
