RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
When the mother's life is in peril. as determined by a Panel of Qualified Physicians. As a Nation, we must put together a system of support and adoption options for unwanted pregnancies.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Utilizing taxpayer dollars that are provided by Christians, and other like-minded religions, who are opposed to Abortion is, in my opinion, a violation of the Separation of Church and State.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Unless the abortion inducing drug is deemed to be the safest method of saving the mother's life in the event of a perilous pregnancy, as determined by a Panel of Qualified Physicians.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Property taxes are patently unfair for the childless, those over 65, the disabled, etc. With this, property taxes should be eliminated entirely for every homeowner and replaced with a consumption tax. With property taxes there is a significant hinderance on the rights of being a private property owner. Free Enterprise in the form of corporate behemoths, will end home ownership as we know it. Free Enterprise does not include government bailouts.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Our country, no country can tax its way into prosperity for all. Criminally prosecuting theft and fraud committed by large corporations and elected officials is the number two solution for the United States. What is number one, you ask? ...Completely revamping our education system by focusing on the three 'R's. Math, English and Writing must be priority one for the 1st thru the 5th grades. This is how we level the playing field, this is our path to prosperity.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

The government must claw-back the trillions that large corporations have pilfered from our children's future. This won't happen unless and until we imprison upper management in large corporations. Our current system rewards corporate fraud. Always allowing the corporation to pay a fine and never criminal prosecutions that result in prison time. With this, corporate fraud is a back-door tax.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
Single issue legislation. No more bundling of legislation. Funding tied to a single statute. Increase the statute of limitations for anyone involved in crimes committed during and after serving as a Senator, Representative or President, to a period of 12 years.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
This question is too vague. However... It was probably intended, by the founding fathers, to prevent the new states' governments from becoming what many have become; An Excuse to remove Christianity and Judeo Christian values. As a reminder, Christian Prayer was in our schools for hundreds of years before U.S. tax dollars flowed to the schools.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
None of these choices captures my vision for healthcare. 'B' more closely aligns with my thought process because it involves 'CHOICE'. As a reminder, anytime the government gets involved, in anything, the cost of those goods or services goes UP. I want to remind anyone who has taken the time to read this 'Questionnaire' that, without exception, EVERY social program is Corporate Welfare in disguise.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

The government needs to stay out of being in the database/personal information business. As always, nothing good can come of that. The answer is criminal prosecutions and prison time for anyone involved in fraud. The answer is securing our borders and removing the millions of people from OUR Country that are the biggest burden on our health care system. The answer is algorithms, ( 'AI' if you will) that make consistent determinations of the need for follow-up exams and diagnostics.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
Again, none of these positions completely align with mine. 'C' approaches my view. Our children and grandchildren have been forced to fund multiple conflicts/wars, nation-building, (however you want to describe it), with the same result... our young men and women die or become maimed, psychological scars, failed regimes, failed nation building, etc. Meanwhile, the dollars keep flowing to the corporations. If we are attacked, swift retaliation with surgical precision. Get in and get out.

Where do I start? Obama Pardoned and Commuted the sentences of deserters and traitors. The message he was sending... It will be okay for you if you are a military deserter, it will be okay if you betray your country. It is no wonder, why so many of our secrets are peddled to the Chinese.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. However, we have found multiple clever ways spend yet more of our children's future. Until American Citizens have a dollar by dollar accounting of where the $billions upon billions of dollars$ are being spent, and why, much of our Country will be doubtful that this is anything more than a money-grab and another chapter in 'nation building'. I am tired of the smoke and mirrors, my friends are tired, and hopefully, the voters are ready to usher in fresh ideas and strategies.

IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
No one should be allowed to immigrate to the United States unless and until the total number of immigrants drops below the thresholds established by Congress in 1965. Immigration Reform legislation, in many arenas, is code for Amnesty. Social programs that enable and disable undereducated Americans, while importing immigrants has provided a system that steals from our children while allowing cheap labor for corporations and mega-businesses.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

The above statement comingles fact and fiction. The U.S. Dept of Education and its role in education is a failure. However, this implies that the states weren't in control. The Teachers Unions have, for decades been in control. To be clear, I am talking about the Teachers Unions, not the Teachers. To be clear, If China or Saudi Arabia wants to write a check for hundreds of billions of dollars, to be deposited in the United States general fund, with those funds being utilized solely for the purpose of teaching Math, English and Writing to American Students, no strings attached, I am all in.

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

As your Representative, I will bring legislation to the Congress and a strong suggestion to the President for an Executive Order, to remove any and all Statutes of Limitations for anyone involved in the trans-gendering of a child, to include the parents, teachers, counselors, doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, and anyone else involved in this mutilation of our youth. ... So that when that child grows-up and figures out what was done to them, they can go after the perpetrators' assets.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

The 2nd Amendment is a fundamental right given Americans. Yet we show photo identification and submit to background checks and can be refused a firearm. The argument is that a firearm in the wrong hands or in the hands of someone who is not qualified, can result in the death of another person. A vote in the hands of someone who is not qualified to vote, can result in the death of a Nation. Our Nation.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Fossil Fuels. Solar, wind, and most other energy sources can't happen, without fossil fuels. Hybrid vehicles and hybrid houses are the safest combination. When the grid fails, our vehicles and houses can still function.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Government has the responsibility to all of our Nation's children in any area of their lives. Sexual exploitation, violent video games, glamorizing gambling, public school indoctrination, sex education of grade school age children, etc. are all forms of exploitation of the innocence of our Nation and her children.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Steal a firearm, mandatory minimum prison sentence. Use of a firearm in furtherance of the commission of a crime, mandatory minimum prison sentence. Possession of a firearm while committing a felony, enhanced prison sentence. The firearm is not the problem, nor will restricting ownership protect the public. Most restrictions on firearms decrease public safety. Our Nation's leaders must provide the examples of honesty and positive direction, to give our children hope.
