QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death. Limited exceptions may exist where permitted by the Constitution and established law, including lawfully imposed death sentences following criminal convictions for heinous crimes, acts of self-defense, and other clearly established, historically accepted legal norms, provided they include due process and strict safeguards.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Agree
I agree that human embryos created through artificial methods should be protected from purposeful destruction, as human life has inherent value and should not be treated as disposable. However, I support narrowly defined and strictly regulated exceptions for medical research aimed at saving lives or treating serious disease, and only when no ethically comparable alternatives exist.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Elective abortion should be limited to exceptional circumstances, including when a pregnancy has a significant likelihood of non-viability, when severe disabilities would profoundly impact quality of life, when the primary caregiver is legally adjudicated as mentally disabled, or in cases of rape or incest. Any such exceptions should be narrowly defined, medically verified, and subject to appropriate legal safeguards.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
I oppose taxpayer funding for elective abortions and for organizations that function primarily as abortion providers. Public funds should not subsidize abortion services and should instead support community health centers, prenatal care, adoption services, and maternal health programs that do not perform or promote elective abortions.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Strongly Agree
I support enforcing existing federal law, including the Comstock Act, as written and interpreted by the courts. Laws enacted by Congress should not be selectively ignored. Any changes to abortion policy or drug distribution should occur through the legislative process, not executive non-enforcement.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
I disagree. Individuals and businesses should not be compelled by the government to provide services that violate their moral or religious beliefs, so long as refusals are not based on historically protected classes. Protecting freedom of conscience and religious liberty is a core constitutional principle in a free society.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state exists to prevent government control over religion, not to eliminate religious belief from public life. The state should neither establish a religion nor interfere with the free exercise of faith, while protecting individual liberty and equal protection under the law. Government must also ensure that no religious law is imposed on others through civil authority.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
The United States should not intervene everywhere freedom is threatened, but should selectively support nations working to build democracy and resist tyranny where our interests and values align. America has done more to advance individual rights and liberty than any nation in history, and we should continue to lead by promoting our principles through diplomacy, economic strength, and, when necessary, carefully limited action.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
I strongly agree. The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States, and must be confronted with strength, strategic clarity, and sustained deterrence.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. The United States’ relationship with Israel is important because Israel is a stable democratic ally in a volatile region, a key partner in intelligence and security, and a shared defender of individual rights and the rule of law. The alliance strengthens U.S. national security, deters regional threats, and promotes stability in the Middle East.
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.
Agree
Terrorism of any kind is a threat to U.S. national security. The United States must remain vigilant, secure its borders, and aggressively combat extremist violence wherever it originates, while respecting constitutional rights and distinguishing between peaceful individuals and violent actors.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Medicaid and Medicare should remain available as a safety net for the elderly, disabled, and those who are truly indigent. However, taxpayer-funded healthcare should be limited to these populations, not expanded into universal or open-ended programs. Healthcare should primarily operate through private markets, with public assistance reserved for those who genuinely cannot provide for themselves.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
I oppose government databases tracking individuals’ medical illnesses, as they threaten privacy and invite overreach. However, targeted assistance should be available for individuals with chronic or costly health conditions, using anonymized data and voluntary programs that protect personal rights while ensuring those in genuine need receive support.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
I strongly support robust property rights and legal protections. Secure ownership and the freedom to use, transfer, and invest in private property are essential to economic freedom, individual liberty, and long-term prosperity. I also support eminent domain reform to prevent municipalities from seizing property for speculative economic gain or unfunded projects, especially when property is taken for “public use” and left undeveloped or converted into passive uses without accountability.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.
Strongly Disagree
I support a flat federal tax system that is simple, transparent, and fair. Treating all income equally reduces complexity and loopholes, encourages work and investment, and limits the government’s ability to pick winners and losers. Every exemption and deduction should be closely scrutinized, and each line of the tax code reevaluated to ensure fairness, efficiency, and accountability.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
I believe the federal government is rife with waste, fraud, and abuse, particularly within large, opaque programs such as foreign aid and discretionary grant agencies. Programs shoulf require stronger oversight, transparency, and accountability to ensure taxpayer dollars are used effectively and in the national interest.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
To eliminate government waste, Congress should enforce strict audits and oversight, require sunset and reauthorization of federal programs, and cut redundant or ineffective spending, especially in poorly monitored grant and foreign aid programs. Strong whistleblower protections, recovery of misspent funds, and results-based budgeting are essential to protect taxpayers.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
The United States should allow immigration that is legal, orderly, and in the national interest. Immigrants should be admitted through established legal processes based on factors such as skills, employment opportunities, family reunification, humanitarian need, and the ability to support themselves. Border security and enforcement of immigration laws are essential, and unlawful entry should not be rewarded. Compassion should be paired with accountability and respect for U.S. sovereignty.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
I oppose sanctuary cities that shield undocumented individuals from federal immigration law. Local governments should not attempt to circumvent or nullify duly enacted federal law, as doing so sets a dangerous precedent and undermines the rule of law. The Department of Justice should enforce compliance, including prosecuting violations and withholding funding from municipalities or nonprofits that knowingly defy federal law.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Agree
The mission of the United States Department of Education has become obsolete. Education should be returned to states and local communities. Student aid programs like Pell Grants and federal financial aid can be more efficiently administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, while civil rights enforcement should remain the responsibility of the Department of Justice. Eliminating the Department would reduce bureaucracy while preserving essential functions.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
I believe foreign government funding of education creates the ability to influence curriculum and undermine American values through ideological indoctrination. Education in the United States should reflect American principles, civic traditions, and democratic norms, free from foreign state influence or control.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
The government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation online, just as it does in the physical world. Existing safeguards have not kept pace with digital threats. Government should do a better job shutting down pornographic websites that expose minors and enact laws requiring social media platforms to actively prevent, monitor, and report exploitation, while holding violators accountable.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The Constitution protects an individual right to keep and bear arms, and law-abiding citizens should not be punished for the actions of criminals. Public safety is best served by enforcing existing laws, keeping firearms out of the hands of violent offenders and the severely mentally ill through due process, improving background check accuracy, and aggressively prosecuting gun crimes—rather than imposing broad restrictions on lawful ownership.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
Absolutely Not!
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
Absolutely Not!
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
I describe myself as a constitutional conservative. I support limited government, free enterprise, strong national defense, the rule of law, and individual liberty. My views emphasize personal responsibility, respect for religious freedom, protection of life, and preserving traditional values while maintaining a strong, sovereign United States at home and abroad.
VALUES
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
I believe attempts to medically or socially transition minors constitute child endangerment and should be prohibited. Children lack the maturity to consent to irreversible decisions, and such interventions depart from long-standing medical and social norms. Public policy should prioritize child protection, evidence-based care, and psychological support rather than affirming or encouraging gender transition in minors.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Agree
I believe marriage is a God-ordained, sacred, and legal union between one man and one woman, rooted in longstanding religious and historical tradition. While courts have altered this definition in civil law, protecting religious freedom requires that faith communities not be compelled to accept or endorse changes that violate their beliefs. At the same time, a free society must also respect the civil rights of individuals to enter legal unions under the law.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My spiritual beliefs are rooted in faith in God, personal responsibility, and the inherent dignity of every human life. I believe traditional religions teach foundational principles of right and wrong, moral accountability, and compassion, and that these values should help guide individuals and society while respecting freedom of conscience and religious liberty for all.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I support requiring photo identification to vote. Adults need ID for many essential activities, and elections should be afforded the same basic protections. Requiring ID helps ensure election integrity, public confidence, and fairness while still allowing reasonable access to obtain identification.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
I believe women and girls deserve fairness, safety, and privacy in sports and sex-segregated spaces. Allowing biological males into women’s sports or private spaces undermines these core values and erodes protections hard-won by women. Respect for biological reality, equal opportunity, and human dignity are longstanding American values that should guide policy and protect women without hostility toward others.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
IThe most reliable and efficient way to meet growing electricity demand is through nuclear power and natural gas. Nuclear provides dependable, carbon-free baseload energy, while natural gas offers flexibility and affordability. Current renewable ener
