Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
"Elective" abortions should never be allowed. Only when the physical health (i.e. the life) of a mother is at stake, could an abortion be permitted but only when this decision is made by an authorized and appropriately trained and skilled doctor.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The government (federal and state) shall not infringe upon free exercise of religion. All Americans have the right to live out our faith without government interference in both private and the public marketplace. However, this concept of "separation of church and state" does not exist in the Constitution nor in the Declaration of Independence. A warped decision by the Supreme Court used this phrase to remove God from all governmental institutions.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

The United States' relationship with Israel is incredibly important because it is only the United States that will stand up to the global world order and to guarantee the survival of the state of Israel. No holocaust-type of event can ever be permitted to happen again.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

What is your position on the minimum wage?
The Federal government should not be setting a minimum wage amount - this is outside its constitutional authority, in my opinion. Only the states may establish minimum wage values if it so chooses.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

I most strongly believe in free market capitalism.

1) Term limits for U.S. Congress members and for all state elected officials (governors, mayors, city councils, etc); 2) Reduce the size and scope of government to comply with the Federal and state constitutions; 3) Reduce taxes and reduce spending; and, 4) Increased oversight, enforcement and penalties for government officials' malfeasance and illicit activities.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Sanctuary cities violate the Constitution and federal law and should not be permitted. Scofflaws should be punished. This is no different than the secessionist states that violated federal law leading up to the Civil War.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

The Constitution does not provide authority for Congress to establish a Department of Education (DOE). Too much money is wasted in funding the DOE overhead and bureaucracy - money that could better be used to achieve academic outcomes in the states and local boards of education.

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
The overall goal: protect law abiding Americans and to promote a civil society by: Enforcing the laws passed by Congress; Charge those who break the laws; Conduct fair trials; For those found guilty, established prison sentencing guidelines should be followed in issuing prison sentences. Dangerous criminals must be removed from civil society.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The only restrictions I can think of should be for dangerous persons and mentally not capable persons. But there should also be appropriate due process procedures that can speedily determine these restrictions which strikes a balance between the individual's rights and with the protection of society.

I consider myself a Christian Conservative Constitutional Republican. I believe in traditional family values, fiscally conservative policies, strong national defense without being the "policeman of the world," limited federal government, states rights, and low taxes. I believe God sent his only Son, Jesus, into our world so that he would die for our sins, and, if we accept him, we, too, can achieve salvation. I do accept his as my savior yet I struggle everyday to live up to his expectations.
