Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Abortion is not a federal issue and should not be a federal issue. With that being said I also believe if rape or incest occurs then an elective abortion should still be a legal consideration within limits.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

This is also a States Rights issue. If certain states have deemed this act illegal then it would be up to the State to establish laws regulating the distribution of those products.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

It seems we have a one sided justice system when it comes to this topic. A Muslim owned bakery is allowed to turn away business because of religious principles however a Christian bakery was prosecuted for refusing to write certain words on a cake for a gay couple. Religious liberty connects directly with our freedom of speech, and to compel such speech is a step in the direction of tyranny.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The 1st Amendment states that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the exercise thereof..." Thomas Jefferson wrote his letter to the Danbury Baptists, who were a religious minority in Connecticut, to reassure them that the Constitution protects their religious beliefs. It does not mean eliminating prayer from our schools. It means that the federal gov will not declare an official state religion and then persecute those who differ in their belief.


NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

Holding war declaration authority (Art. I §8). Founders like Washington warned against permanent alliances, Jefferson advocated "peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations—entangling alliances with none," and the Monroe Doctrine emphasized non-interference abroad. Also the War powers Act of 1974 gives the President the authority to take limited military action without Congressional approval. Limited military action in the best interest of American people should always be considered.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Israel is a key U.S. ally in the Middle East due to strategic, military, and intelligence capabilities. Strategically, it provides a stable foothold in a volatile region, countering threats like Iran and terrorism. Israel shares vital intelligence and co-develops advanced tech (e.g., Iron Dome, cybersecurity), enhancing U.S. security. As the region's only democracy, it aligns with American ideals. I also believe they wield to much influence in American policy and elections.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Subsidized healthcare can drive up costs by reducing price sensitivity, leading to inflated provider charges. A key sign of dysfunction is insurance billing 7-10x more than cash for the same service, due to opaque pricing and negotiations. The ACA expanded access (halving uninsured rate) via subsidies but failed to control costs—premiums rose, and subsidies enabled higher rates. Proposal: Keep Medicare/Medicaid, eliminate ACA, and reform insurance/medical markets for true competition.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

I think tracking diagnosis and cases in order to better understand costs is beneficial. However tracking an specific individual steps into the realm of privacy and is something to not be taken lightly.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Utilizing a flat tax system would help eliminate the bloated and complicated US Tax code. However, changing taxes is like putting lipstick on a pig. Until spending is controlled and done via a balanced budget no change in taxes will help the American people. Rampant spending the continued debt ceiling increases only cause further inflation and reduce the American People's buying power.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

A reduction of spending, a balanced budget, and the elimination of bloated agencies must happen in order to save our country. We are on a collision course with bankruptcy and a failing U.S. Dollar if something doesn't change soon.

Elimination of federal agencies that are redundant. Eliminating the "use it or lose it" mentality of budgeting, and incentivizing innovation by running the financial aspects of federal agencies more like businesses and less like free money can simply be printed to continue business as usual. Term limits for all Congressional members, and mandatory retirement for bureaucrats.

Those who follow the legal immigration laws and process.

This responsibility falls mostly to parents, states, then the federal government last. With that said CSE is one of the most prolific crimes commited in the United States and should be targeted through government efforts to reduce it through aggressive prosecution.


2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The 2nd Amendment is clear. "Shall not be infringed." The more laws we put in place only affect law abiding citizens. Criminals aren't going to follow any laws. The cities with the highest gun crime are also the cities with the most strict gun laws.

The government does not have the authority to alter the definition religiously. However the government has the right to change the legal definition for same sex marriages. The issue we are facing is not same sex marriages, but rather the normalization of pedophilia as well as the sexualization of our children. That should not nor ever be legally permitted in any way.

Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, and our nation was built upon the common Judeo-Christian values held by our Founding Fathers. As a former Green Beret with nearly 17 years of service, my values have been developed over a lifetime of experience. We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. God gifted us with those inalienable rights, the Constitution protects those rights, and patriots died securing and defending them. As John Adams wrote, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” Those values are an imperative for the self governance of We The People.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Title IX was fought for and established in order to provide equal opportunity in sports and facilities for women. Allowing biological men to enter those women's spaces undermines the intent of those who fought for the passing of Title IX, as well as perpetuating a psychological disorder.
