QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Life begins at conception and is not simply a fetus, but a human with all the rights accordingly. No one has a right to take that life from this point forward.

What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?

The student should be made aware of resources available, including but not limited to medical, legal, assistance with continuing personal education course, clergy contacts, and if needed adoption counseling. Resources to ensure that the mother and child are cared for throughout the pregnancy and after the birth as needed.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

With regard to public schools, what does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

There is technically not a separation of church and state anywhere. The foundation of the country is based on religious freedom. These freedoms are taken away by a minority of individuals. Public schools should be allowed to include prayer and the study of Biblical principles if students choose to participate.

ECONOMY

What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?

Public education funding from the federal govt serves everyone, but is better served through the states. The Pre-K program oversight is lacking and too costly for the benefits. Public schools are forced to adhere to govt regulations to maintain funding and this potentially leads to attempts to drive liberal agendas not in the best interest of the student. Govt support of colleges is even more demanding to maintain funding. The Dept of Education has become a source for pushing political agendas.

Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

Strongly Agree

Student loans should be held in the same category as any other personal loan. The borrower is responsible for repayment and if this doesn't occur, measures are in place to recoup the payment. Students and families who struggle to work and sacrifice to pay for their education should not be punished for doing so. Students who choose a different path, such as community college, military, or entering the job force should not be responsible for choices of others. Responsibility of the borrower is key

IMMIGRATION

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) enhances the safety and security of communities by identifying and detaining illegal aliens.

Strongly Agree

The path to entering the country and achieving citizenship should be followed. Maintaining border security is critical for the safety of the country.

EDUCATION

Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.

Strongly Disagree

Public schools are no place for any organization that promotes harming the child.

Consequences for bad behavior create a safe and orderly environment, which is essential for student learning.

Strongly Agree

Expectations for adhering to a student code of conduct is not an option and not only provides for an environment for learning, but also prepares the student for life after graduation.

Educators should give students a thorough education in America's founding documents and cultivate American patriotism.

Strongly Agree

Civics and history courses should be allowed to show why the US is the greatest country in the world and the benefits of living here,

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

The Dept. of Education was a mistake of the Carter administration and should have remained in the HHS and not a free standing entity with the power to force public schools to adhere to federal whims to maintain funding to meet their agenda.

If you support the teaching of Sex Ed, please answer the following question: Sexual education should include these topics (list all that apply and add your own, if needed) -- abortion methods and side effects; abstinence; consent; contraceptive methods; human anatomy/the reproductive system; physical and emotional health outcomes; sex acts and pleasures of sex; sexual orientation and gender identity; stages of pregnancy and fetal development

abstinence, consent, human anatomy, physical and emotional health outcomes, stages of pregnancy

Please list in order the following priorities in relation to the role of a K-12 public school (omitting any that do not apply): American History, Art & Music, Civics, Critical Race Theory, Foreign Language, Gender Identity, Information Technology, Language Arts, Mathematics, Personal Finances, Physical Fitness, Political Activism, Science, Sexuality, Social Emotional Learning, Vocational Learning

American History, Civics, Language Arts, Math, Physical Fitness, Vocational Learning, Personal Finances, Information Tech, Science, Art/Music (fine arts electives)

Public schools should prioritize academic achievement and building character necessary to preserve American traditions and self-government.

Strongly Agree

School choice creates competition, and that competition will push public schools to improve their educational systems.

Strongly Agree

2ND AMENDMENT

Faculty who are licensed to carry and have had ongoing training should be allowed to carry guns at school in order to respond to an active shooter situation.

Agree

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to immigration and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

VALUES

Biological males should be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

There is no argument for this to occur, ever!

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that God created the universe as recorded in Genesis. God sent his Son, Jesus, through a virgin to live a perfect life and die on the cross to atone for our sins. Everyone has the gift of salvation and eternal life if they choose to accept Jesus in their lives and enter in a relationship with him. Jesus, after rising from the dead and returning to sit on the right hand of God the Father, leaves with us the Holy Ghost/Comforter to lead us in our daily lives. God has prepared Heaven for those who believe and follow his commandments and those who do not spend eternity in Hell. Jesus will return when sent by God and a new earth will be made and the events recorded in the book of Revelation will unfold.

Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.

Strongly Agree

I support the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., that people should be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin.

Strongly Agree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Mental health conditions such as anorexia and gender dysphoria need to be treated, not affirmed.

Strongly Agree

School library books that have literary value, as determined by experts, should be exempt from obscenity laws.

Strongly Disagree
