QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

All human beings are created in the image of God, and life is precious from conception to natural death. Our culture increasingly devalues life—from the unborn to the disabled, the sick, and the elderly—but human dignity does not depend on its utility. Nor does the location, level of dependency, stage of development, or stage of decline function as a qualifier or disqualifier for life.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Neutral

Life begins at conception. Extreme compassion must be utilized for all involved.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

The Supreme Court decided this is a States Rights issue. As a Federal Candidate I support the Supreme Court’s decision.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Disagree

Public funds must not be used to subsidize abortion providers.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

The Comstock Act, enacted in 1873 (18 U.S.C. §§ 1461–1462), which prohibits mailing any "article or thing designed, adapted, or intended for producing abortion" should be enforced.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Private property is essential to a prosperous and free nation. Personal property ownership is the pathway to freedom and success. State control of property and the means of production is a core tenet of communism and leads to tyranny and poverty.

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Strongly Disagree

Taxes are out of control. I support the reduction of taxes. Less taxes equals more prosperity for American citizens.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

1. Reform health care based on the needs of the end user and not third-party agencies 2. Remove duplication, streamline regulations, restore decisions to the legislature rather than career unaccountable bureaucrats. 3. Sunset subsidies, push responsibility to the States and the people.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

U.S. Constitution, Amendment 1 “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;” I agree with the following: "The First Amendment has created a wall of separation between the church and the State. But that wall is one directional. It is to keep the government from running the church. But it is not to keep Christian principles out of the government." - Thomas Jefferson

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

The government should not have access to anyone's personal medical information.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

Combination of (B) & (C) in concert with maintaining American sovereignty, security, independence and preeminence, while simultaneously maintaining our alliances. America must be judicious in its involvement and utilize a balanced approach that avoids nation building or taking on the responsibility to govern a foreign sovereign nation. I favor a pragmatic approach that treats international relationships based in reality, with a full understanding of history and the consequences of our actions.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

The CCP and the U.S. have longstanding antithetical ideological differences. This expansionistic, repressive, communistic autocracy is contrary and incompatible with our self-governed, prosperous Constitutional republic. The CCP is aggressively engaged in expansion and destabilizing democracies. The CCP's targeted counterintelligence, economic espionage, and intellectual property theft are a grave threat to our national security, economic well-being, and democratic values.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes. The U.S.—Israel alliance is essential to American national security, Middle East stability, the fight against terrorism, and mutual prosperity. Israel is America’s only reliable democratic ally in the Middle East.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Strongly Agree

The underlying radical Islamic jihadist ideology promotes violence to establish a global Islamic state, rejecting democracy and permitting violence on civilians. Islamic terrorist groups and inspired individuals have carried out or plotted numerous attacks on US soil, demonstrating a persistent capacity for high-casualty violence. Islamic terrorists continue to target US citizens and troops abroad.

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Immigration allowance and the associated circumstances should be per U.S. immigration law which is primarily governed by the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) of 1952, as amended and codified in Title 8 of the U.S. Code.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

The Constitution and the Laws of the U.S. is the supreme Law of the Land. Sanctuary policies create “safe havens” for criminals. Immigration enforcement is a matter of national security. State and local resistance undermines federal efforts to keep our country safe.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

The Department of Education has never actually educated a single child—it has only acted as a bank, passing federal dollars to states. Elimination will decentralize federal control and limit Washington’s ability to weaponize education funding. Funding should flow directly from the federal agencies that are best suited to manage and deliver resources—bringing accountability where it belongs, reducing bureaucracy, and empowering states.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Agree

Prohibitions or strict limits, especially from "countries of concern" like China, Qatar, Russia, Iran, and North Korea should be applied. The scale of influence extends beyond direct donations. Creating National Security risks, adverse influence, propaganda, and loss of academic independence. Examples: Chinese funding linked to military-affiliated entities. Campus antisemitism is above 1930s levels. Universities with substantial Qatari funding showed significantly higher antisemitic incidents.

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

God created only two separate and distinct sexes. Yes, it is child abuse to socially and physically transition a child to the opposite sex.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Agree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe the everlasting God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, made mankind in His own image and likeness, male and female, as His agent on Earth. However, man rebelled. Resulting in separation and death. Sin and death passed to all mankind. But God, rich in mercy sent his Son, born of a virgin, in the likeness of sinful man as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, through His death, burial, and resurrection. All who receive Him and believe in his Name shall not perish but have eternal life and become a child of God. I hold to the Judeo-Christian values, and the positive values of Western Civilization. I value faith, freedom, family, community and the greatness and promise of America.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Nuclear and fossil fuels.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I am a pro-life constitutional conservative. I hold to the self-evident truths that our unalienable rights, such as, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, are derived from our Creator, not government. These, and other rights, are secured by our Constitutional government formed by the peoples' consent. All powers not delegated to the Federal government belong to the states and the people. The U.S., the pinnacle of western civilization, must always remain strong, independent and free.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

Government has the responsibility to protect the innocent and vulnerable. Governments are formed by men to secure the right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Sexual predation upon children destroys the life and liberty of their victims.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Restrictions should be in accordance with what is delineated in Federal Law under The Gun Control Act (GCA), codified in 18 U.S. Code § 922(g).
