QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
I support the belief that human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death because every human being has inherent dignity and worth, regardless of age, ability, or circumstance. A just society should protect its most vulnerable, and that responsibility begins at the very start of life and continues through its natural end. Respecting life at all stages affirms that our laws should value human beings not for their utility or convenience, but for who they are.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Agree
I support the protection of human embryos created through artificial methods because they are human lives with inherent dignity, not disposable byproducts of technology. Scientific advances should never outpace our moral responsibility, and progress must be guided by respect for human life. A society committed to human dignity must ensure that even the smallest and most vulnerable lives are not intentionally destroyed for convenience or experimentation.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Never
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
I do not support taxpayer funding for abortion providers because public funds should not be used to support practices that many Americans find morally objectionable. Taxpayers should not be compelled to subsidize abortion through federal, state, or local programs, including Title X grants. Government funding should instead prioritize healthcare services that respect human life and unite rather than divide the public on deeply held ethical issues.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Strongly Agree
I support enforcement of the Comstock Act because laws passed by Congress should be applied as written unless they are lawfully changed. Enforcing existing prohibitions on the interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs upholds the rule of law and ensures that federal statutes are not selectively ignored for political convenience. Respect for democratic governance requires that elected officials enforce duly enacted laws while any policy changes occur through the legislative process.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
I support free enterprise and the right to private property because they are foundational to a productive and innovative economy. When individuals are free to own property, invest, and build businesses, they create jobs, generate opportunity, and drive prosperity for their communities. Protecting these rights encourages personal responsibility, economic growth, and upward mobility while limiting excessive government control over private initiative.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.
Strongly Disagree
I disagree with the idea that higher taxes on those who can afford to pay more are the best way to support working families because economic growth is driven by investment, job creation, and opportunity—not by penalizing success. Raising taxes often reduces incentives to invest and expand businesses, which can ultimately limit wages and employment. A stronger approach is to grow the economy, reduce the cost of living, and allow families to keep more of what they earn rather than increasing the t
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
I agree that the government should cut spending to reduce the national debt because persistent deficits threaten long-term economic stability and place an unfair burden on future generations. Responsible budgeting requires prioritizing essential functions, eliminating waste, and living within our means—just as families and businesses must do. Reducing excessive spending strengthens confidence in our economy and preserves fiscal flexibility for true emergencies.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
Congress should focus on eliminating duplicate and overlapping programs, strengthening oversight and accountability, and reforming federal procurement to prevent cost overruns and wasteful contracts. Reducing improper payments and aggressively combating fraud and abuse—especially in large federal programs—can save billions without cutting essential services. Finally, requiring regular reviews and sunset provisions for federal programs would ensure taxpayer dollars are spent on initiatives that a
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
I disagree with requiring individuals or businesses to provide services that violate their moral or religious beliefs because freedom of conscience is a fundamental constitutional principle. A free society does not compel people to choose between their livelihoods and their deeply held convictions. Protecting religious liberty and moral conscience preserves diversity, limits government overreach, and ensures that tolerance applies to differing viewpoints—not just those favored by the state.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state means that government and religion are institutionally independent, ensuring the government neither establishes nor favors any religion while also protecting the free exercise of faith. Rooted in the First Amendment and interpreted by the Supreme Court of the United States, this principle prevents the state from acting as a religious authority or coercing belief. It does not require excluding religion from public life, but instead safeguards individual conscience a
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
As a data expert,I disagree with the government maintaining a database of individuals with ongoing medical illnesses because it poses serious risks to privacy, civil liberties, and the misuse of sensitive personal information. Centralized health data can invite government overreach, data breaches, and discrimination based on medical conditions. Assessing healthcare costs can and should be done using anonymized, aggregate data without tracking or profiling individuals.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
I agree that the Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats because it has pursued aggressive military modernization, engaged in widespread cyber espionage, and systematically targeted U.S. innovation through intellectual property theft and forced technology transfer. Its use of state-controlled economic leverage and influence operations undermines fair competition and the rules-based international order.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
The relationship is important because it is a close democratic ally in a strategically vital and often unstable region. Israel shares intelligence, military cooperation, and technological innovation that strengthen U.S. national security and help counter terrorism and hostile actors. The partnership is also grounded in shared democratic values, mutual economic ties, and a long-standing commitment to regional stability.
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.
Strongly Agree
Islamic terrorism remains a threat to U.S. national security because extremist groups such as al-Qaeda and Islamic State have demonstrated a willingness and ability to target Americans, U.S. allies, and civilian populations. Combating this threat is essential to protecting lives, maintaining global stability, and preventing the spread of extremist violence.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Immigration to the United States should be legal, orderly, and based on clear standards that prioritize national security, the rule of law, and this country’s economic needs. Those seeking to immigrate should do so through established legal channels, undergo background checks, and demonstrate a willingness to work, contribute, and respect U.S. laws and values.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
I do not support sanctuary cities because they undermine the rule of law and interfere with cooperation between local and federal authorities. Policies that prohibit information sharing or enforcement can allow dangerous individuals to remain in communities, putting public safety at risk. Immigration laws should be applied consistently, and local governments should not selectively ignore or obstruct laws passed by Congress.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Disagree
I do not support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education because a federal role is important to establishing and upholding national standards that ensure every student gains the basic skills necessary to succeed in life. Regardless of where a child lives, they should receive a foundational education in reading, writing, math, and critical thinking that prepares them for work, citizenship, or further education. Out States are currently failing at this.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
It is harmful for foreign governments to fund public U.S. education because it creates risks of foreign influence over curriculum, priorities, and values taught to American students. Public education should serve the interests of U.S. students, families, and communities—not advance the political, economic, or ideological agendas of other nations. Allowing foreign funding can undermine national sovereignty, erode public trust, and expose schools to undue influence.
VALUES
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse because children lack the maturity and capacity to give informed consent to life-altering decisions that can have permanent physical, psychological, and emotional consequences. Intervening in a child’s natural development risks causing long-term harm while failing to address underlying distress in age-appropriate, evidence-based ways.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Agree
I agree with the statement as to how it is applied to Church's definition of Marriage.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Roman Catholic and our tradition centers on faith in one God, revealed through Jesus Christ, and guided by Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition as taught by the Roman Catholic Church. Catholics emphasize the dignity of every human life, love of neighbor, moral responsibility, and the pursuit of justice tempered by mercy. Core values include participation in the sacraments, commitment to prayer, service to the poor and vulnerable, respect for moral truth, and striving to live a life rooted in charity, humility, and faithfulness to God.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Requiring a photo ID to vote is necessary to protect the integrity of elections and maintain public confidence in the democratic process. Verifying a voter’s identity helps ensure that each eligible citizen votes once and that elections are fair, accurate, and free from fraud or error. Reasonable ID requirements, paired with accessible options to obtain identification, strike a common-sense balance between safeguarding the vote and ensuring lawful voters can participate fully in elections.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
Biological males should not be allowed to compete in women’s sports because doing so undermines fairness and safety in athletic competition. Differences in physiology—such as strength, speed, and endurance—can create inherent competitive advantages that disadvantage female athletes and erode the purpose of sex-based categories. Same goes for biological males in any female space.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Nuclear, especially small Modular Reactors (SMRs)
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Christian Conservative.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Agree
The government shares responsibility with parents to protect children from online sexual exploitation by enforcing laws, holding offenders accountable, and ensuring that digital platforms meet clear safety standards. While parents play a primary role in supervision and guidance, government action is essential to combat organized exploitation, regulate online environments, and provide resources for prevention and enforcement. Protecting children requires a partnership.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Public safety is best protected by enforcing existing laws rather than creating new restrictions on lawful gun ownership. I do not support broad gun restrictions that infringe on the rights of responsible citizens, but I do support preventing firearms from being sold to individuals who are legally prohibited from owning them, including those who are not mentally fit or have disqualifying criminal histories by focusing on background checks, due process, and enforcement against illegal possession.
