QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Science proves that a unique, separate, human being is created at the moment of conception.
What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
Be supportive of the student talking with her parents/guardians about the pregnancy. If the student continues attending school throughout her pregnancy; counselors, teachers and staff need to be supportive and work with her to continue her education.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Teachers should be required to instruct students on mandated curriculum even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Freedom of religion and standing by our personal/religious convictions is a right that is affirmed in our Constitutions.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?
It is in having an educated society that we all benefit. Post high school should be up to the individual as well as the costs.
EDUCATION
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.
Strongly Disagree
Nothing should ever be done in secret, without parental permission. Any decision for medical care needs to be made by the parents.
Consistent discipline creates a safe and orderly environment, which is essential for student learning.
Strongly Agree
Rules in place need to be enforced fairly and firmly.
Educators should give students a thorough education in America's founding documents and cultivate American patriotism.
Strongly Agree
Instruction and discussion on America's founding documents need to be done from a position of how this makes The United States of America unique. To be thoroughly versed on where the ideas for our founding documents came from. Prior to graduation students should also be required to take and pass the US Citizenship test.
I support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
Strongly Disagree
ALL people need to be respected. Promotion should come from merit.
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child instead of the bureaucracy, through a program which allows parents the freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Strongly Agree
With no strings attached - whether public, private, charter, homeschool.
Which should students have: equity of outcomes or equality of opportunities?
Equality of opportunities.
Which type of written parental consent should be obtained before students are taught courses such as Comprehensive Sex Education (CSE)? (A) Opt-In. (B) Opt-Out. (C) None.
(A) Opt-In with NO repercussions for non-participation. This is the responsibility of the parents.
2ND AMENDMENT
Faculty who are licensed to carry and have had ongoing training should be allowed to carry guns at school in order to respond to an active shooter situation.
Strongly Agree
Murderers most often seek out soft targets (place where firearms are not permitted). We secure/defend our banks and airports (and even many stores) with armed security, ...are our children not more valuable?
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
In the event of a pandemic, school districts can mandate whatever health precautions they deem necessary (including masks and vaccines) to protect students and staff.

100% up to the parents, they know what is best for their child.
If you support the teaching of Sex Ed, please answer the following question: Sexual education should include these topics (list all that apply and add your own, if needed) -- abortion methods and side effects; abstinence; consent; contraceptive methods; human anatomy/the reproductive system; physical and emotional health outcomes; sex acts and pleasures of sex; sexual orientation and gender identity; stages of pregnancy and fetal development
