As the father of two daughters conceived through IVF, this question is personal to me. I believe embryonic life deserves respect and protection, and I support policies that protect IVF access for families like mine while encouraging responsible practices in the field. I do not support using IVF for the express purposes of research.

I am pro-life with exceptions to save the life of the mother, and in cases of rape and incest. These are decisions that should generally be made at the state level, closer to the people they affect.

Taxpayer dollars should not fund abortion providers. I do not support directing federal, state, or local funds, including Title X grants, to organizations like Planned Parenthood.

Ban members from trading stocks and create an independent commission to investigate insider trading. Pass No Budget No Pay so Congress loses its paycheck when it fails to fund the government. Root out fraud in safety net programs so benefits reach veterans, seniors and families, not abusers. Cut duplicate federal programs through real oversight, not rubber stamps. Modernize permitting so infrastructure dollars build roads, not bleed to red tape and delay.

The government should not force individuals or business owners to violate their sincerely held religious or moral beliefs. Religious liberty is a founding American principle, and I will defend it in Congress.

Every American should be free to practice their faith, or none, without government interference, and government shouldn't dictate belief. That means government can't establish an official religion or control worship, not that faith has no place in public life. The First Amendment protects religion from government overreach, not the reverse. Faith shaped this country's founding, and people of faith shouldn't be pushed out of public life.

I support protecting Medicare and Medicaid for the people who have earned them and genuinely need them, seniors, veterans, the disabled, and struggling families, while expanding access through markets and competition rather than a new government program or mandate. A one-size-fits-all federal healthcare system would reduce innovation, limit choice, and drive up long-term costs

Americans' private medical information is theirs, not the government's. I oppose the government compiling databases of people's health conditions for any purpose.

B. I believe in peace through strength, not endless intervention and not isolationism. America should stand with allies fighting for freedom and against tyranny, like Israel, while being clear-eyed about where our national interest and our resources are best spent.

The CCP is the single greatest strategic threat facing the United States, militarily, economically, and technologically. Congress needs to take that threat seriously, from securing our supply chains to protecting American intellectual property and critical infrastructure.

Yes. The U.S.-Israel relationship is one of America's most important alliances, grounded in shared democratic values and strategic interest. Israel is a beacon of stability in a volatile region and a hub of innovation that benefits American farmers, manufacturers, and consumers, including right here in Nebraska. I support continued security assistance, including missile defense systems like Iron Dome and Iron Beam, and I believe peace comes through strength, not appeasement.

Radical Islamic terrorism remains a serious and ongoing threat to America and our allies. I support a strong national security posture that takes this threat seriously, at home and abroad.

We're a nation of immigrants and a nation of laws. I support legal immigrants who work hard, follow our laws, and make America stronger, especially through updated employment visas that help Nebraska employers get needed talent while prioritizing American workers first. That starts with securing the border and enforcing laws on the books, including deporting criminal illegal immigrants. Enforcement should be done right: I support body cameras for ICE agents, because accountability matters.

Sanctuary city policies undermine the rule of law and public safety. I do not support them. Cities and states should cooperate with federal law enforcement, not shield people who are here illegally from accountability.

I support requiring a photo ID to vote. This is common sense, and it's popular, even 71% of Democrats support Voter ID. Secure elections require commonsense verification that only American citizens are voting in American elections.

Biological males should not compete in women's sports or have access to women's private spaces. This is about fairness and safety for women and girls, and it's an issue where I've been proud to stand with Nebraska female athletes and parents.

We need an all-of-the-above strategy anchored in baseload power, natural gas and nuclear, plus grid investment for growing demand. In Nebraska, that means year-round E-15 and biofuels. Energy policy should mean American production and affordability,

Protecting kids online is a basic government responsibility. I support strong enforcement against predators and platforms that fail to protect children from exploitation.

I support the Second Amendment and the right of law-abiding Americans to keep and bear arms. Rather than new restrictions on law-abiding gun owners, I believe public safety is best served by fully enforcing the laws already on the books, keeping guns out of the hands of violent criminals, and improving mental health resources and reporting so dangerous individuals don't fall through the cracks.
