QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am generally pro-life but have circumstances for rape, incest, Life of Mother and Fetal abonormalities. My concept is centered on the following: “Protect life, with compassion for rare and tragic cases.” “Support alternatives to abortion, like adoption and resources for mothers.” “Let states decide—keep the federal government out of it.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

No, I do not support this type of funding, though I do advocate Pro-life clinics.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Neutral

I believe in the sanctity of life, that life is sacred from conception to natural death and I would advocate for better access to hospice and pain management and/or freedom of choice

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I support reforming the tax code to make it simpler, fairer, and more pro-growth.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I believe there are areas of non-defense, entitlement reform and a focus on waste, fraud and abuse spending that could assist in achieving this goal.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Agree

No.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Disagree

I believe that all businesses have a right to refuse services based on their beliefs and their moral compass for supporting and driving that business within the community.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Churches should be untouched when it comes to advocating for closure when it relates to religious matters

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

If I am choosing an option, I would go with C: as I support keeping Medicare and Medicaid for the elderly, disabled, and most vulnerable, but oppose expanding government-run healthcare beyond those programs.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

My stance on vaccine mandates typically emphasizes individual liberty, parental rights, limited government, and personal responsibility—while recognizing the government's role in protecting public health in extraordinary cases.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

The U.S. should focus on maintaining a strong, well-funded military capable of targeting terrorist threats globally. Use targeted force (e.g., drone strikes, special operations) rather than large-scale troop deployments when possible. Tighten our border and work with allies to disrupt terrorist financing networks and hold state sponsors of terror accountable.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Disagree

I would generally oppose the BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) movement, BDS movement is widely viewed as harboring or enabling anti-Semitic elements, especially when it seeks to delegitimize the Jewish state entirely.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Yes. Securing our southern border is not only a matter of national security, it's a matter of protecting American jobs, upholding the rule of law, and ensuring the safety of our communities. I support taking stronger action to stop illegal immigration, curb drug and human trafficking, and restore integrity to our immigration system. We are a nation of immigrants—but also a nation of laws—and it's time we enforce them effectively to protect the freedoms and opportunities of our citizens.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

All people should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. as long as we have the appropriate mechanisms in place to vet and authorize entry.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

I strongly support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schooling. This is a core principle in education policy and reflects values like parental rights, freedom, competition, and local control.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

Yes, as they provide a moral foundation that helped shape the American system of limited government, individual liberty, and rule of law.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Neutral

I support equal rights for all Americans

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Marriage is a sacred covenant, ordained by God, between one man and one woman. This foundational institution has served as the bedrock of strong families and stable societies for generations. While governments can recognize marriages, they do not have the authority to redefine what God has already defined. Upholding this definition is not about discrimination—it's about honoring timeless truths, preserving religious liberty, and protecting the moral fabric of our nation.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

As a Catholic, my spiritual beliefs and values are rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ, sacred Scripture, and the tradition of the Catholic Church. They guide my personal faith, view of morality, commitment to others, and my understanding of life’s purpose.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Ensuring fair and secure elections is fundamental to our democracy. Requiring photo identification to vote is a common-sense measure that protects the integrity of the electoral process. Just as we need ID to board a plane, buy certain medications, or open a bank account, it's reasonable to ask for ID when participating in one of our most important civic duties. Voter ID laws help prevent fraud, build trust in the system, and make sure every legal vote count.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Voter ID laws should be enacted which are uniform, enforceable and free from loopholes, tighten mail-in voting requirements, enforce voting deadlines, increase restrictions on ballot harvesting and more stringent voter registration databases.

EQUALITY

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

I do not agree with Critical Race Theory, which claims that America’s institutions are fundamentally and systemically racist. While our nation, like any other, has a complex history, I believe in the progress we’ve made and in the foundational principles that make the United States exceptional—liberty, equality under the law, and opportunity for all. We should teach history honestly, including its struggles, but not in a way that divides people or assigns guilt based on race.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Targeted acts of racially motivated violence do pose a national security risk—but they should be addressed individually through law enforcement, not by labeling entire communities or systems as inherently racist.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

I would generally oppose reparations based on race, as they seem divisive, impractical, and they seem to fundamentally undermine the concepts of equal opportunity, not equal outcomes, and rejects policies that allocate benefits based on racial identity.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) would be closer.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

I generally support the use of hydraulic fracturing (fracking) to extract oil and natural gas. This position focuses on the values of energy independence, economic growth, free market innovation, and reduced reliance on foreign energy sources.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Protect individual liberties, uphold the rule of law, ensure national security, and create the conditions for free enterprise and personal responsibility to thrive. The government should be limited in scope, accountable to the people, and focused on preserving the Constitution and the freedoms it guarantees—not managing every aspect of our lives.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Based on the questions you've asked—particularly interest in topics like voter ID, securing the southern border, traditional marriage, Critical Race Theory, and defining the purpose of government from a Republican standpoint—I would lean conservative or are aligned with Republican values.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

NSTR

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I’m committed to serving with integrity, putting the interests of hardworking families first, and preserving the freedoms that make our country exceptional. My legislative priorities focus on promoting economic growth through lower taxes and less government regulation, strengthening our national security, supporting quality education with school choice options, and protecting life and religious liberty. I believe in common-sense solutions that empower individuals, respect parental rights, and uphold our traditional values.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

As a prior police officer and veteran of our United States Army, Yes

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

No.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

As a prior police officer and strong advocated for the 2nd Amendment, I would focus on strengthening enforcement, ensuring current laws on background checks and firearm possession are fully enforced; Keep guns away from convicted felons, domestic abusers, and individuals with a history of severe mental illness who pose a risk; back improvements on background checks, but oppose expansive universal background checks that create bureaucratic burdens on law-abiding buyers or private sales; and promo

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

I would generally oppose allowing the suing of firearms dealers and manufacturers under most circumstances. This stance is grounded in protecting lawful gun rights and supporting the Second Amendment.
