That principle should guide our laws from conception to natural death, while also requiring compassion, due process, and careful drafting so families, mothers, doctors, the elderly, disabled persons, and vulnerable people are treated with dignity rather than fear.

Human embryos deserve respect and protection. At the same time, families facing infertility deserve compassion, not careless laws that punish parents trying to build a family. Policy should set ethical safeguards against intentional destruction, trafficking, or commodification while allowing responsible medical care under clear rules.

Elective abortion should be limited consistent with law, due process, and Wyoming’s Constitution. Medical care for miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, and serious threats to the life or physical health of the mother should remain protected. Cases involving rape, incest, minors, and coercion require serious legal care, compassion, and clear safeguards.

Taxpayer funds should not pay for abortion procedures, abortion advocacy, or organizations that fail to clearly separate abortion from publicly funded services. Government should not compel speech, artistic expression, religious participation, or personal endorsement in violation of conscience. At the same time, every person should be treated with dignity in ordinary commerce, emergency care, housing, and public services. The law should protect both human dignity and sincere religious liberty without using government power to punish conscience.

Separation of church and state means government should not establish, control, fund, or punish religion. Faith belongs to the people, families, churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, and communities, not to the state. Citizens do not lose their faith when they enter public life, but government must remain neutral, protect free exercise, and never force belief or unbelief.

None of the above fully matches my view. Healthcare should be closer to the people and less controlled by Washington, insurance monopolies, and hospital consolidation. I support state-led solutions where Wyoming can negotiate better prices, improve rural access, protect Medicare and Medicaid commitments, expand transparency, and let patients, families, doctors, and communities guide care instead of bureaucracy.

We need better health-cost data, but not a government illness registry that risks privacy, stigma, or misuse. Wyoming can study costs using anonymized, aggregated data with strict privacy protections. Patients should not fear that personal medical conditions will become a government file. Good policy requires data, but liberty requires limits.

C most closely matches my view. History teaches humility. When America has armed factions, toppled governments, or exported our fights into other nations, the truth eventually comes out and the blowback reaches our children. We should defend our people, borders, trade routes, and sovereignty, but stop sowing division abroad. War powers belong to Congress, and force should be reserved for direct threats or vital national interests.

The Chinese Communist Party is a serious threat to American security, manufacturing, technology, agriculture, energy, and supply chains. That does not mean hostility toward the Chinese people. It means clear eyes about espionage, cyber attacks, intellectual property theft, military expansion, and economic dependence. America should rebuild strength at home and protect our critical systems.

Yes. The modern state of Israel cannot be separated from Jewish history, ancient homeland ties, centuries of persecution, and the horror of the Holocaust. That history deserves respect. Israel remains an important ally for intelligence, defense, and regional stability. But friendship is not a blank check. America must keep an independent foreign policy, require accountability for aid, protect our constitutional interests, and avoid war without Congress and the people.

Terrorism inspired by ISIS, al-Qaida, or any violent ideology is a real threat and must be confronted with strength, intelligence, border security, and constitutional resolve. But I reject framing that turns a whole faith into a suspect class. Muslim citizens, soldiers, doctors, business owners, and neighbors are part of us. Fear is too often used to divide Americans. We should target violent networks, not peaceful people.

People who respect our laws, pass security and background checks, and come to work, study, reunite with family, seek lawful refuge, or build a life in good faith should have a clear legal path. America needs secure borders and a sane immigration system. We should stop using immigrants as scapegoats while also ending chaos, trafficking, cartel abuse, and our failure to enforce honest rules.

I reject this divisive label. Cities should not nullify federal law or shield violent criminals. But local police also need trust so victims, witnesses, children, churches, and families can seek help without fear. Public safety requires secure borders, due process, removal of dangerous offenders, and a lawful path for working people who are part of our communities.

Education belongs closest to parents, teachers, students, school boards, and communities. Washington should not run Wyoming classrooms. Federal duties tied to special education, civil rights, and existing commitments should be protected and transferred responsibly, without chaos. I am a Wyoming conservative grounded in faith, family, constitutional government, private property, fiscal restraint, local control, and personal liberty. I do not believe public service should be about labels or outrage. My duty is to work for Wyoming, tell the truth, listen to the people, and protect the freedoms we inherited for the generations still to come.

Children deserve strong protection online. Government should require platforms to prevent exploitation, grooming, trafficking, and predatory contact. I would study age-gating models like Australia’s no-account rule for minors, but any law must protect privacy, respect parents, avoid a national ID system, and put the burden on platforms that profit from children’s attention.

Public safety restrictions should focus on dangerous conduct, not law-abiding ownership. I support the Second Amendment and Wyoming Article 1, Section 24. Violent felons, adjudicated dangerous persons, and those denied rights through due process should not possess firearms. Fully military weapons like tanks, artillery, and explosives can be restricted. Government should enforce existing laws, protect due process, and not punish responsible citizens.
