Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Depends on what you're talking about: if relating to abortion then yes the life should be protected unless of natural causes, underaged rape or threatening mother's life, but in some cases like people committing serious crimes against humanity & receiving the death penalty... well that one's self explanatory.

I think local government should first & foremost cover & maintain the basics (Fire, Police, Public Safety, Roads, Permitting, Budgeting, etc.), offer reasonable offerings like Parks & Libraries for example, and at least a few city-ran events throughout the year to get tourists & general population engaged.

For City of Katy Specifically: 1. Eliminate Corruption: Secret meetings to eliminate Katy Market Days, Covering up every accusation of & letting former animal control supervisor David Brown retire with zero consequences, bypassing our charter commission for ballot measures by attempting to eliminate term limits & a weak response to fiber companies damaging infrastructure are just a few examples on why our current governmental body aligns more with the Liberal Agenda rather than Katy Texas, My solution if elected is attempting to reverse some of these horrible decisions & in the future be proactive so nothing like this happens again. 2. Scale back Local Government: Shrinking, reforming or eliminating Departments that lead to wasteful spending and/or being heavily influenced by the head honcho, and refocusing on core priorities. 3. Restoring Trust within Local Government: This means bringing back full Transparency, Integrity & Accountability.
