Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I do not believe the government should be involved in medical decision. I do not have a uterus, so my opinion is neither here nor there.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

I have been a proud member of the Methodist Church my entire life. My upbringing has showed me that God is love and it is our duty to show His love and compassion towards others. My relationship with God is why I am pro-marriage equality. My relationship with God is why I am for Medicaid expansion.

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

We need to increase access to sites where you can get a photo ID. Until then, I believe there shouldn’t be vote ID laws.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Transgender people are already among us and we don’t know it. If we forced people to use bathrooms based on their gender assigned at birth, we would have burly, scruffy men using women’s rooms and feminine women using men’s rooms. Let people change clothes in peace. Let people go to the bathroom in peace. Let people sleep in peace. Transgender people want to be left alone, just like cisgendered people.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I support people owning guns to protect their families. Red flag laws should be implemented. I believe that you should be required to take a safety course to buy a gun. I believe that the Brady Bill should be renewed.
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
No
Teachers are hired to teach. If police were to respond to a shooting at a school, how would they be able to tell who was the good guy with a gun? Would you not be worried that a student could get caught in the crossfire? We need more SROs in schools. They are trained safety officers.
