RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
We take a firm stance on the science behind a “fetus”. It is a human life, and the Constitution guarantees all people the right to “Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” We do understand and feel that an exception to the rule should be available when the mother's life is in danger.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

We do agree that Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards, however, we still have not changed our position on abortion. We firmly believe that if you do not want a child then it is up to the participants to use proper contraceptives. Rape and incest are below 0.1% of the reason for abortions, and it is no fault of the child for those reasons. We feel the state can cover the cost of birth and adoption in those rare cases.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

If you take a look at Canada, which offers “free” health care. The solution to saving the government money on health care was to make things so difficult and miserable for the elderly and then offer them assisted suicide. This should never be the answer to someone in pain. We should be seeking solutions to those in need, not remove them. So NO. I do not support it.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
The government has no legal authority to close down a church ever.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

No individual, persons, business, or organization should be forced to do anything outside their personal beliefs as long as it does not contradict the US or ND constitutions.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Yes, we believe that China is actively working against our interests and poses a serious threat to us.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
It is important. Israel is an important ally of the United States.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
c. it is important to be able to help those who are unable. Private healthcare should be fixed, and the market should be opened up so companies can compete with each other.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
The government should only require necessary vaccinations for military personnel to operate effectively in the field. Schools and employers should not even know about any individuals private medical information.
ECONOMY

What is your position on the minimum wage?
we believe that instead of raising the minimum wage, we should cut taxes, incentivize businesses, and open the state up to more industries to create skilled jobs with appropriate skill training programs.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
No. make sure that people are not being wasteful and take care of our environment sure. But ESG causes 100x more issues than it solves and should never be considered.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Yes is required by the ND constitution to fund education K-12. This is one of our key policies for our campaign. If the money follows the child, the parents have control of their child's education.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

We have had many years to watch social programs fail miserably. It is high time to take a look at these programs and see what else we can fund without defunding the police
