Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Abortion should only be optional to protect the life of the mother during birth, and only as long as the mother is consenting. Overall, this is a touchy issue and we need to adapt the culture to promote life and accountability. Moreover, we need to support right to life adoptions. Prenatal drugs to prevent the creation of the genomes need to be implemented once again into our culture. The understanding of consequences are far better taught and learned, rather than lived and learned.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Life and death are controlled by our Creator. Under my administration we will protect and prolong the lives of our residents allowing for the best healthcare possible, referring to the CDC and eastern medicines when nessary. We will no longer be under the control of big pharma lobbyists pushing treatment to symptoms, and narcotic drugs. Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Never in history has a government closed churches. Even under war time churches remained open. We here in New Jersey in a BARBERA administration will support and protect the House of God!
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

If the State needs a good or service for the benefit of the people, it is our duty as New Jerseyans to step up and support our land. However, our government must show due cause and eminent harm if those sacrifices were not met, because freedom from oppression is equally important as the needs of the people.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

We will constantly look for threats, CCP is definitely one of them. My administration will work together with the Fed government to root out all traitors and mols. and process them accordingly. New Jersey needs to always stand guard against terror and corruption.

I stand with Israel and acknowledge their importance to the world, past and present. We will NOT accept injustices foreign or domestic.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. Chronic disease is the largest expense to our nation, overshadowing military budget by 10x. Our healthcare needs complete overhauling. Proven methods in hospitals are overlooked by federal mandates on treatment. We will seek an insurance revolution allowing competitive coverage, and patient choice in treatment options all covered equally.

ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

We need to have the ability to sell goods and services NOW more than ever. America’s capitalist system thrives with less red tape and more opportunities for business. In my administration street merchants, and food concessions will be celebrated, and township red tape over reach will NOT be tolerated. Private property is the protection of one’s own rights. We will uphold ALL rights for residents in the Garden State, that includes the beautiful recreational parks and trails. They will stay OPEN!
What is your position on the minimum wage?
Minimum wage is more important than ever. In an environment where a good worker is hard to find, illegal immigrants are abundant, and the cost of living in the Garden State is at a record high. Minimum wage in NJ needs to mirror the cost of living!

I like the concept, however the DeepState can easily manipulate the score as seen in the past with subprime lending. We need a new approach attaching mandatory jail time to traitors of the State that choose to corrupt our rating systems now and into the future
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

I have lived at the southern border in a town called Chula Vista, Ca. I watched first hand as illegals crossed the border and caused chaos in my little town with theft/murder/drugs. We need a secure nation and in my opinion, America needs to overtake Mexico and their failed government to thoroughly secure our border. We annex their land and grow the nation. Anything less is considered to be half measures.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

That will help our children and struggling families choose a better path to graduation. Additionally tech- programs and fundamental learning are lacking and we will return to the basics with my term. Business start up, science, trades, union jobs, and military service will all be presented to our youth as viable options to success for our young adults.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None! Only to violent crime offenders, and drug/alcoholics that can NOT reform.
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
No
Protection at school is needed, but not in the classroom, the children need the ability to learn without distraction of lethal weapons in the classroom. I do support gun training in schools, and in that setting guns training/loading/handling would be taught
