Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
The position of Attorney General is to uphold the laws and to protect the citizens of the State of Utah. Personal or political opinions are not relevant to the position as the AG is required to represent the people of the State and to follow the wishes of the people.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Wages should be set by supply and demand. Governmental interference of setting minimums only creates pressures that affect inflation, in turn, negativing the minimum wage establish in an attempt to create a living wage.

Public monies should only be used for benefit of the people.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Under our Constitution, I would say never! However, if a church is proven to be fraudulent and is committing crimes, then it isn't a church in the mind of our founding fathers.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

We live in a nation established under the principals of freedom of association and independence, as such, private entities are allowed to choose their own business practices. If a group disagrees with such, they can choose to take its business elsewhere.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
This is a topic that should be left to the voters and not a topic that the AG should be involved in.

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

A public education system is essential to a strong country. Parents should be able to choose to enroll their children in private schools, but not at the expense of the public education system. Each property owner pays property tax to ensure a great pubic school system, the more educated the public, the better we all are.

No. As a child I realized that we must all embrace that we are Americans. The concepts of identifying with our family's past as only proven to create divide. As such, if we all embrace that we are all Americans, we can let go the problems of the past.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
