QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Choose not to answer

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Choose not to answer

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Did not answer

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Neutral

Government resources should prioritize supporting women, children, and families through services that promote health, prenatal care, adoption support, and opportunities for parents and children to thrive. Public funding should be directed toward programs that respect the value of human life while providing compassionate assistance.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Choose not to answer

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Agree

Yes. Free enterprise and private property are fundamental to a strong economy. They encourage innovation, entrepreneurship, investment, and job creation by allowing individuals to benefit from their hard work and responsible risk-taking. Protecting property rights and economic freedom creates opportunities for prosperity while fostering competition and consumer choice.

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Neutral

Taxes should fund essential government services, and everyone should pay their fair share. Success should be encouraged, not penalized. Rather than relying on higher taxes for those who earn more, government should promote economic growth, job creation, and opportunity so more families can become self-sufficient. Responsible spending and a strong economy are more sustainable than continual income redistribution.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Agree

Government spending should be responsible, transparent, and accountable. Greater oversight is needed to ensure taxpayer dollars are used as intended and deliver measurable results. Welfare programs should promote self-sufficiency through education, job training, and opportunity, helping people become independent while protecting those truly in need. Fiscal responsibility and effective oversight are essential to reducing the national debt.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

My priorities are: (1) stronger oversight and audits to ensure taxpayer dollars are used as intended; (2) eliminate duplicate and inefficient programs; (3) increase transparency so government is accountable to taxpayers; (4) promote self-sufficiency through education and job training; and (5) require measurable results before continuing program funding.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Disagree

No. Requiring individuals or businesses to provide services that violate their sincerely held moral or religious beliefs undermines constitutional protections for religious liberty and freedom of conscience. A free market works best when people have the freedom to choose whom they do business with, while laws should also protect individuals from unlawful discrimination.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The separation of church and state means the government cannot establish or favor a particular religion or interfere with the free exercise of faith. It protects religious liberty, not freedom from religion. As reflected in the Declaration of Independence, our fundamental rights come from our Creator, and the Constitution exists to protect those God-given rights from government infringement.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C most closely matches my view. Medicaid and Medicare should remain available for those who need them, but our healthcare system requires significant reform. Excessive regulation, limited competition, and costly litigation have contributed to rising healthcare costs. We should focus on prevention, encourage healthier lifestyles, expand consumer choice, increase competition, and pursue reforms that make quality care more affordable while ensuring emergency care is accessible.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Neutral

A deidentified database could be useful for understanding healthcare trends, resource needs, and the economic impact of chronic illnesses. However, protecting individual privacy must be a top priority. People should have control over their health information, with strong safeguards against misuse. Data should be used to improve outcomes and reduce costs, not to compromise personal privacy or create unnecessary government oversight.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

Between B and C most closely reflects my view. The United States should prioritize protecting our national interests, strengthening our economy, securing our borders, and addressing challenges at home. A strong America is better positioned to support allies, promote freedom, and oppose tyranny when necessary. Our involvement abroad should be strategic, focused, and guided by clear national interests rather than unnecessary intervention.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Agree

Yes. The Chinese Communist Party presents serious challenges to the United States, including military competition, cybersecurity threats, intellectual property theft, and unfair economic practices. At the same time, maintaining a stable relationship and open communication is important to protect global security and economic interests. The United States should be firm in defending its values and interests while seeking cooperation where possible.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes. The relationship between the United States and Israel is important due to shared democratic values, strategic interests, and cooperation in areas such as security, intelligence, and technology. A strong partnership helps promote stability in a critical region while supporting an important ally. The relationship should continue to be guided by mutual respect, shared interests, and a commitment to regional security.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Agree

Yes. Terrorism motivated by extremist ideologies, including Islamic terrorism, poses a threat to U.S. national security and requires vigilance, intelligence efforts, and strong partnerships with allies. The United States should protect its citizens while recognizing that terrorism is committed by a small number of extremists and should not be used to unfairly target peaceful individuals or communities.

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

The United States should welcome immigrants who follow a legal process, respect our laws, contribute to our communities, and strengthen our nation. Immigration should be based on secure borders, thorough vetting, and the ability to support economic and national interests. We should provide compassion for those facing legitimate hardship while ensuring that immigration policies are fair, orderly, and sustainable for current and future Americans.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Disagree

No. Local governments should cooperate with federal immigration authorities and uphold the nation’s immigration laws. Allowing sanctuary policies can undermine consistent enforcement, create challenges for public safety, and encourage continued illegal immigration. A secure and fair immigration system requires clear rules, accountability, and coordination between federal, state, and local authorities.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Neutral

I support greatly reducing the role of the U.S. Department of Education and returning more control to states, local communities, parents, and educators. Decisions about education are best made closer to the students and families being served. Reducing federal bureaucracy would allow schools greater flexibility to address local needs while encouraging innovation, accountability, and improved educational outcomes.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Agree

Yes. Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education to protect academic independence, national security, and transparency. Decisions about curriculum, research priorities, and educational policies should be guided by American students, families, educators, and communities rather than influenced by foreign interests. Schools should maintain openness and collaboration while ensuring that outside funding does not compromise our values or institutions.

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Neutral

Adults should not encourage children to transition. Children should be allowed to be children, explore their interests, and develop without pressure to conform to a particular identity. Adults should help children build confidence, self-worth, and acceptance of themselves, including loving and respecting the bodies they were born with, while providing compassionate support as they grow and mature.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Neutral

I believe marriage is a sacred union between one man and one woman, rooted in religious and cultural beliefs and understood as a faith covenant. The government should not define or regulate religious marriage. Instead, government recognition should focus on civil unions that provide legal protections and benefits, including taxes, property transfer, inheritance, and partner advocacy, while respecting religious freedom and individual rights.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My spiritual beliefs are rooted in Christian values, which guide how I view faith, family, service, and responsibility. My priorities are my relationship with God, being a loving and committed wife and mother, and treating others with compassion, respect, and kindness. I strive to live out my faith by serving others and being a positive influence in my community.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

Photo identification should be required for voting to help protect election integrity and ensure that every legal vote is accurately counted. A secure voting system should include reasonable safeguards to verify voter identity while ensuring that eligible citizens have fair and accessible opportunities to participate.

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Agree

I believe biological males should not participate in women’s sports or occupy women’s designated private spaces, such as locker rooms, shelters, sorority houses, and prisons. Biological differences can impact fairness, safety, and privacy, and policies should protect women’s opportunities and security. At the same time, all individuals should be treated with dignity and respect while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

America needs an all-of-the-above energy strategy. Nuclear, natural gas, renewables, and emerging technologies should all contribute to reliable, affordable, and secure electricity. Innovation and competition will help meet growing demand.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

no

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

no

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Lean Conservative

I am very fiscally conservative and believe strongly in upholding our founding documents and the principles on which our nation was founded. At the same time, I value compassion, thoughtful dialogue, and a willingness to listen, learn, and innovate. I believe we should work together to find solutions that strengthen our communities and continue striving toward a more perfect union.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Agree

Government has a responsibility to help protect children from sexual exploitation and other dangers in online environments by establishing clear safety standards for technology providers. These frameworks should protect children while empowering parents with transparency, tools, and control over their children’s online activities. Solutions should balance child safety with privacy, free expression, and responsible use of technology.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Gun ownership is a fundamental right that should be protected while maintaining reasonable safeguards for public safety. Restrictions should focus on keeping firearms away from those who pose a clear danger, while respecting the rights of law-abiding citizens. Policies should emphasize responsible ownership, enforcement of existing laws, education, and due process rather than unnecessary restrictions on responsible gun owners.
