Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
With the consent of the adult woman over the age of 21 and the Board-certified Doctor in a hospital or clinic that is not funded by taxpayer money. The procedure should be paid by the person with private funds and not by any federally funded insurance like Medicare or Medicaid.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

There is no circumstance when the government should close churches. Government should allow churches and its congregation to determine if and when the building should be open or closed without putting the local community and first responders in harms way. The government relies on churches in time of crisis to help the community get back on its feet.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. The public school system is funded collectively through taxpayers dollars. Parents have the right to choose not to participate in public schooling for their children. Parents should also receive a reduction of taxes if their child is not part of the public school system. However, the funds that are part of the Texas Permanent School Fund need to be allocated towards all Texas Public Schools to fulfill the Texas Constitution Article 7 SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC FREE SCHOOLS.
