Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
This is deeply complex and involves a range of ethical, medical, and legal considerations. Different perspectives can influence the stance on this issue. Medical Perspective, women's health or well being, Legal Perspective: Laws vary significantly by jurisdiction. In some places, elective abortions are allowed with few restrictions, while in others, there are significant limitations based on gestational age, waiting periods, counseling requirements. Rape, Incest or major health complications.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Court Orders: Courts may issue orders to close churches or restrict gatherings if they find that a church is violating laws or regulations - Building Code Violations: and legal compliance where a church is involved in illegal activities. Other then that actions that restrict religious practice infringe upon constitutional rights such as freedom of religion.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
