QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Human life is sacred — from conception until natural death. No exceptions. Abortion is the deliberate ending of an innocent human life, and it must end. Euthanasia is the same evil by another name. As a Maverick Conservative, I will fight relentlessly in Congress to protect the unborn, the elderly, and the vulnerable. Life is God-given, not government-granted. No compromise on the sanctity of life.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Strongly Agree

Human embryos created through artificial methods are living human beings with inherent dignity and the right to life. Purposeful destruction of these embryos is the destruction of innocent human life and must be prohibited. Science does not erase morality. Whether conceived naturally or in a lab, every human life deserves full legal protection from conception. We must reject the commodification of life for research or convenience. Sanctity of life is non-negotiable.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

None; abortion is the intentional destruction of a living human being, and innocent life must always be respected and defended.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Disagree

Taxpayer dollars should never fund abortion providers like Planned Parenthood. Abortion is the deliberate killing of innocent unborn children — it is not healthcare. Defunding these organizations is moral, fiscal, and constitutional necessity. We must end all taxpayer support for abortion in every form and redirect resources toward life-affirming alternatives. No compromise on the sanctity of life. Protect the unborn.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

The Comstock Act must be fully enforced. Abortion pills are chemical weapons — deadly poison used to kill unborn babies in the womb. This is a form of murder, plain and simple. These drugs should be banned, and no interstate transportation or distribution should be allowed. We must protect innocent life at every stage and hold accountable those who profit from this barbarism.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are the foundation of prosperity, innovation, and human flourishing. When individuals can own, build, and keep the fruits of their labor, economies thrive. Government interference, redistribution, and regulation stifle this. True economic freedom — rooted in biblical principles of stewardship and justice — produces abundance for all. We must defend it fiercely against socialism and cronyism.

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Strongly Disagree

This is class warfare disguised as compassion. Punishing success through higher taxes discourages work, investment, and growth that benefits everyone. True relief for working families comes from abolishing the IRS, ending the federal income tax, and slashing spending — not redistributing wealth. The Bible teaches personal responsibility and stewardship, not envy and government theft. Fairness means a simple, flat system that treats all equally under the law.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

The national debt is a moral and existential crisis — $36+ trillion of reckless spending on unconstitutional programs, endless wars, and corporate welfare. Congress must slash spending ruthlessly: abolish entire departments (Education, EPA, ATF), end corporate bailouts, and kill the pork. No more kicking the can. America First means fiscal sanity, balanced budgets, and restoring the Republic before this debt bomb destroys our children's future. Cut deep or go home.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

• Abolish the IRS and replace the federal income tax with a simple, transparent consumption-based system that ends the weaponization of the tax code. • Abolish the Department of Education — return education authority and funding to the states and parents where it belongs. • Fully empower and restore DOGE with real autonomy across every federal department, including a clear mandate for criminal referrals to the DOJ for waste, fraud, abuse, and criminal negligence of taxpayer dollars.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Forcing individuals and businesses to violate their deeply held moral and religious beliefs is tyranny, not tolerance. The First Amendment protects conscience and free exercise of religion — not government-mandated participation in sin. No one should be compelled to bake the cake, perform the ceremony, or provide services that contradict their faith. True liberty includes the right to say “no” based on principle.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Separation of church and state means the government is prohibited from dictating religious practice to the church. It does not mean banning morality, prayer, or religious expression from the public square or government. The United States was founded as a Judeo-Christian nation. We should proudly promote that moral framework, protect our heritage, and reject the lie that faith has no place in American life.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

D — Healthcare is the responsibility of the individual, not the federal government. The Constitution grants no authority for a federal healthcare system. State governments can properly handle hospitals, emergency services, and targeted assistance as they see fit. Most healthcare belongs in the competitive private sector, where innovation and choice drive down costs. Private individuals, churches, and charities—motivated by compassion and accountability—are best equipped to help the truly needy

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

This is America, not China. The government has no business creating a national database tracking citizens’ private medical conditions. It’s a dangerous step toward surveillance, rationing, and loss of liberty. Medical decisions belong to individuals, families, and doctors — not bureaucrats assessing “economic burden.” Protect privacy and reject the nanny-state database.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C -- America must prioritize our own borders, economy, and security first. The Constitution does not grant endless blank checks for nation-building or policing the world. We should engage selectively to protect vital interests, support true allies like Israel, and avoid becoming the world’s policeman. Sovereignty at home is the foundation of strength abroad.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

The Chinese Communist Party is the greatest strategic threat to the United States. Their military buildup, cyber espionage, IP theft, fentanyl precursors, and economic warfare are deliberate attacks on American sovereignty, security, and prosperity. We must decouple from CCP-controlled supply chains, enforce tariffs and export controls, strengthen our military, and treat the CCP as the adversary it is — not a partner. America First demands we confront this threat with clarity and resolve.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes, the U.S.-Israel relationship is vitally important. Israel is our strongest democratic ally in the Middle East. We share Judeo-Christian values, vital intelligence, and military innovation that strengthen American security. A robust Israel deters radical Islamic terrorism, counters Iran, and upholds freedom in a hostile region. Supporting Israel is both strategic self-interest and a moral imperative rooted in shared biblical truth and enlightened principle.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Strongly Agree

Islamic terrorism remains a direct and ongoing threat to U.S. national security. Radical jihadist ideology, inspired by core Islamic texts and history, drives attacks, infiltration, and lone-wolf violence against Americans. We must secure our borders, vet immigration rigorously, confront Sharia supremacism, and support strong allies like Israel without apology. National security demands clarity: political Islam and jihad are incompatible with the American republic.

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Legal immigration should be strictly merit-based, limited, and serve American interests first. Only those who assimilate, respect our Constitution, and contribute positively should be allowed — with rigorous vetting. I'm proposing the 20/20 Sovereignty Act: a 20-year pause on all immigration combined with the deportation of 20 million illegal aliens over 4 years. Sovereignty demands secure borders, rule of law, cultural cohesion, and putting American citizens first.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

This is unconstitutional, unsustainable, and frankly suicidal. Sanctuary cities openly defy federal law, shield criminal illegal aliens, and endanger American citizens. They subsidize lawlessness with taxpayer dollars while undermining national sovereignty and the rule of law. No city has the right to nullify immigration enforcement. End sanctuary policies now — secure the border, enforce the law, and put Americans first.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

I will actively work in Congress to accelerate the total abolishment of the DoE, and moreover, I will advocate for primary education to be transferred back to the private sector.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

Foreign governments — especially adversaries like China and Qatar — must be banned from funding American education. This is foreign infiltration designed to undermine our sovereignty. American schools should promote and preserve our Judeo-Christian culture, not import hostile ideologies. No more Confucius Institutes or propaganda dollars. America First means keeping our classrooms free from foreign subversion and rooted in the moral framework that built this Republic.

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Attempts to physically or socially transition children to the opposite sex is child abuse — full stop. It’s chemical castration and surgical mutilation of minors, driven by radical ideology and profit. As a Maverick Conservative, I will fight this evil relentlessly. Those who prey on children with this barbarism deserve prison and, in the worst cases, the death penalty. Protect the innocent. No compromise on the war against our kids.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred union between one man and one woman. No government has the authority to redefine it. This biblical truth is the foundation of family, society, and the Republic. Attempts to alter it undermine natural law, children’s well-being, and religious liberty. We must defend traditional marriage without apology.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian constitutionalist. I believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God and the ultimate moral foundation for life, liberty, and government. YHWH is the one true God. Life is sacred, liberty is a divine gift to sovereign individuals, and government’s role is to protect unalienable rights — not grant them. My values are rooted in biblical truth, justice, personal responsibility, and courage. America was built on Judeo-Christian principles, and restoring that foundation is essential.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

No photo ID to vote is election fraud by design. It’s how you steal a republic. Every American citizen must prove who they are — just like buying a beer, boarding a plane, or cashing a check. No ID means no integrity. Secure elections demand strict voter ID, paper ballots, same-day voting, and citizenship verification.

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

Biological males have no place in women’s sports, bathrooms, locker rooms, shelters, sororities, or prisons. This is insanity and child abuse. Men are not women. Biology is not bigotry. Protecting women and girls from male intrusion is common sense and basic justice. Violating women’s spaces is assault and should be prosecuted. Women’s spaces and fair competition must remain for biological females — period.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Nuclear provides constant, high-density baseload power. Oil remains a critical strategic supplement for transportation and security. America must expand nuclear aggressively while responsibly drilling domestic oil for true energy dominance.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I am the Maverick Conservative. I believe in limited government, individual liberty, secure borders, fiscal sanity, strong national defense, and traditional Judeo-Christian values. The Constitution is a fixed guardrail, not a living document. America must return to its founding principles: life, liberty, rule of law, and separation of powers. No quarter to Islamism, Marxism, globalism, or woke tyranny. I will fight in Congress to Reclaim the Republic.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

Government has a core responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation online. Child pornography, grooming, and trafficking are exploding — this is evil that demands aggressive law enforcement action. We must prosecute predators to the fullest extent of the law without creating a surveillance state or Big Tech censorship regime. Targeted, constitutional enforcement focused on real crimes, not speech. Protect the innocent first.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The Second Amendment is there for a reason. The right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed.
