QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I strongly believe in the sanctity of human life. My primary moral objection is the belief that human life begins at conception. From this viewpoint, abortion terminates a human life, making any association with the practice a severe moral conflict.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

I believe abortion should be allowed in very rare cases. To preserve the life of the mother, in cases of severe or fatal fetal abnormalities or in pregnancies resulting from rape or incest.

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

It is my belief that human life begins at conception and is sacred.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Agree

Embryo viability should be considered. In many cases, after natural conception, no additional efforts may be needed to maintain an embryo’s viability.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Agree

The Comstock Act criminalizes the use of the U.S. Postal Service to send obscene materials. The Act may continue to serve a valid public purpose in regulating the mailing of obscene materials. However, its application to abortion-inducing drugs remains legally contested and subject to ongoing litigation and debate. If Congress chooses to address the mailing of abortion-inducing drugs, it may do so through legislation, subject to judicial review to determine the legality of any resulting statute

ECONOMY

What is your position on the minimum wage?

A minimum wage can function as a temporary “learning salary,” helping employers hire and train inexperienced workers. In return, workers gain soft skills, experience, and human capital needed to move into higher-paying jobs.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Free enterprise and private property rights are the core pillars of economic prosperity. Secure property rights incentivize individuals to invest, innovate, and responsibly manage resources. A free market relies on competition and price signals to allocate goods and resources efficiently, which drives technological progress and lowers consumer costs. Ultimately, expanding the economic through market freedom & generates widespread wealth while protecting personal liberty from government control.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

A Florida Legislature specific resposne is: Enact Sunset Laws - Require state programs and agencies to periodically prove efficiency to the Legislature or automatically dissolve. Stop Waste/Fraud - Deploy modern fraud-detection analytics across state agencies to block improper payments and waste. Cut Duplicative Bureaucracy - Consolidate redundant agencies to strip out administrative overhead. Limit Government Growth - Limit new rules and regulations to keep our economy thriving.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The "separation of church and state" is rooted in protecting religious freedom from government encroachment, rather than eliminating religious expression from public life. Protection for the Church, not from it and preserving the Churches institutional independence.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Forcing individuals and private businesses to violate deeply held moral or religious convictions is a direct infringement on constitutional liberty. True freedom means the government cannot compel speech or force citizens to abandon their conscience to participate in the marketplace. We must protect the right of all individuals to live and work according to their faith without fear of government coercion.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

I do not agree completly with any of these statments. Government should not control or monopolize healthcare. Top-down, government-run systems destroy competition, drive up taxpayer costs, and ration care. True reform requires protecting a robust private insurance market, reducing bureaucratic red tape, and introducing free-market competition to lower costs. While critical safety nets like Medicare and Medicaid should be preserved for those who truly need them.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Neutral

Only if the people remain anonymous and data is used to increase efficiency of treatment.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

This is why as a Florida Legislator, I have voted to enacted a sweeping series of laws, criminal penalties, and regulatory audits designed to block hostile foreign governments from acquiring land, infiltrating public infrastructure, and running influence operations within the state. Most recently, I voted in favor of HB 905, The Foreign Interference Restriction and Enforcement (FIRE) Act in the 2026 Session.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

The U.S.-Israel relationship is vital to our national security. As the only stable, free-market democracy in the Middle East, Israel is our most reliable strategic ally in combating terrorism and countering hostile regimes like Iran. Our bond is rooted in shared Judeo-Christian values and a mutual commitment to liberty. Standing firmly with Israel protects American interests abroad and ensures a strong defense against global tyranny.

IMMIGRATION

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

The rule of law is a cornerstone of our republic, and state and local governments have a duty to cooperate with federal immigration authorities to keep our communities safe. Sanctuary policies undermine national security, strain local resources, and incentivize illegal immigration. We must prioritize the safety and economic well-being of legal residents and citizens by enforcing our laws uniformly, rather than creating safe havens that bypass federal authority.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Agree

Education is not a constitutional power of the federal government; it belongs to states, local communities, and parents. The U.S. Department of Education has created a bloated bureaucracy that forces one-size-fits-all mandates on local schools while failing to improve student outcomes. Eliminating this federal agency allows states to innovate, eliminates wasteful administrative overhead, and returns decision-making power to the parents and local leaders who know their children best.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

American education must be protected from foreign interference and ideological manipulation. Allowing foreign governments—especially hostile regimes—to fund our universities and K-12 systems invites malign influence and anti-American propaganda into our classrooms. Education funding should remain transparent, accountable, and rooted in American values. Prohibiting foreign government funding is essential to safeguarding our national security and academic integrity.

VALUES

Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.

Strongly Agree

Parents—not the government—have the fundamental, God-given right and responsibility to direct their children's education and healthcare. One-size-fits-all government mandates undermine the family unit and infringe on parental rights. Public policy must always respect and defend the authority of mothers and fathers to make the best health, moral, and educational decisions for their own children.

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Children should be protected from irreversible, life-altering medical procedures and social interventions before they reach the age of mature consent. Ideological agendas should not bypass parental rights or exploit vulnerable youth. We must protect the innocence and physical well-being of children by ensuring that healthcare and education remain rooted in objective biological reality, not harmful social experimentation.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Marriage is a foundational, sacred institution ordained by God as the lifelong union of one man and one woman. The family is the bedrock of a strong society, and no government possesses the moral or constitutional authority to redefine an institution it did not create. Public policy should respect this timeless definition and protect the religious liberties of those who uphold it.

I support the expansion of gambling in my state.

Disagree

Expanding gambling compromises the economic stability and moral fabric of our communities. It acts as a regressive tax that disproportionately impacts vulnerable families, leading to increased rates of bankruptcy, addiction, and related social costs. Rather than relying on predatory revenue models to fund the government, public policy should focus on fostering genuine economic growth, encouraging personal responsibility, and protecting families from the well-documented harms of expanded gambling

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

It is important to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the supreme authority of the Bible, and an active commitment to sharing the faith with the world.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Requiring a valid photo identification to vote is a common-sense measure essential to securing the integrity of our elections. Just as photo ID is standard for everyday activities like boarding an airplane or opening a bank account, it ensures that every voter is who they claim to be and protects the value of every legal ballot. Ensuring election security and bolstering public confidence in our democratic process should be a top priority.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Public policy should focus on ensuring equal opportunity, individual liberty, and equal justice under the law for every citizen, rather than enacting race-based financial reparations. Implementing government programs based on racial categories is inherently divisive, administratively impractical, and unfairly penalizes current generations for historical injustices they did not commit.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

Maintaining separation based on biological sex is essential to upholding the safety, privacy, and dignity of women and girls. Competitions and public spaces designated for women should be preserved on the basis of biological sex. In athletics, this ensures fair competition and protects the decades of progress made under Title IX for female athletes, in private spaces—such as locker rooms, restrooms, shelters, and correctional facilities.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Disagree

While protecting our environment and ensuring clean air and water are vital priorities, heavy-handed political mandates and sweeping climate regulations often inflict severe economic damage without achieving their stated goals. Climate policy should focus on practical, market-driven innovation, American energy independence, and a balanced approach that protects both our natural resources and the financial well-being of families and businesses. Fostering a resilient, free-market economy is the be

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Nuclear! Until fusion energy is perfected and scalable.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I am very conservative socially and fiscally.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?

The primary goal of the criminal justice system must be to uphold the rule of law, protect public safety, and ensure justice for victims of crime. Furthermore, for those who have paid their debt to society, the system should offer meaningful avenues for rehabilitation and accountability to

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

Protecting children from online predators and sexual exploitation is a fundamental duty of government. The digital landscape poses severe risks to the innocence and safety of minors, and we must ensure law enforcement has the robust tools and resources necessary to track down, prosecute, and hold offenders fully accountable. At the same time, we must enforce strict standards of online safety and age-verification to support parents in keeping their children safe in the digital age.

Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

Strongly Agree

The United States legal framework must remain anchored exclusively in the U.S. Constitution, federal and state statutes, and established American common law. Incorporating or recognizing any foreign or religious legal system, such as Sharia law, within our judicial proceedings undermines the principle of equal justice under the law and compromises the constitutional rights guaranteed to all American citizens.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Never. The Second Amendment guarantees an individual right that is fundamental to personal liberty and self-defense. Public safety is best protected not by restricting the rights of law-abiding citizens, but by strictly enforcing existing laws, strengthening our mental health systems, and ensuring swift punishment for violent criminals who misuse firearms. Government restrictions on gun ownership disarm responsible citizens while doing nothing to deter those who intend to break the law.
