QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Agree
What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
School counselors should share the available support services and accommodations our schools provide to students who are with child so that they know that pregnancy does not prevent them from obtaining and finishing their education. The student's decision regarding their pregnancy should be determined between the student, parent/guardian, and doctor.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?
The government should invest in its society by ensuring its citizens are literate and educated with fundamental standards (reading, writing, maths, sciences, government, etc.) to become productive citizens. However, with most government funding comes government regulations and requirements. We should be mindful of this and engage responsibility. Student loans, for example, can be a blessing and a burden for a college education. It was the only way for me to access and obtain BA and MBA degrees.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Teachers should be required to instruct students on mandated curriculum even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
EDUCATION
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.
Strongly Disagree
Consistent discipline creates a safe and orderly environment, which is essential for student learning.
Strongly Agree
Discipline that is fair, unbiased, and redeeming.
Do you believe print and digital material available or presented to students should be easily accessible for public review, including those without children enrolled in school?
Yes
Yes, our society should have access to what our children are learning.
Educators should give students a thorough education in America's founding documents and cultivate American patriotism.
Strongly Agree
Every country instills its virtues into its citizens. We live in a global society that is not always peaceful. How can our citizens protect and defend a country they are not proud to be a part of?
I support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
Agree
I support ensuring QUALIFIED candidates are selected for roles. Most Americans support diversity, equality among all, and inclusivity. No one should be left out of consideration for an opportunity because of any unique surface attribute. Every human should have a chance to apply themselves for consideration based on their developed skills, abilities, related mission alignment, and earned experience. I want opportunities because of my abilities, not so a hiring organization can check a box.
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Neutral

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child instead of the bureaucracy, through a program which allows parents the freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Agree
Which should students have: equity of outcomes or equality of opportunities?
Equality of opportunities.
Which type of written parental consent should be obtained before students are taught courses such as Comprehensive Sex Education (CSE)? (A) Opt-In. (B) Opt-Out. (C) None.
(A) Opt-In
VALUES
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Born again Christian.
Who is responsible for teaching sexual education to children, and what is the appropriate age when it should be taught?
Parents are responsible for teaching sex education and they should determine the appropriate age.
If you support the teaching of Sex Ed, please answer the following question: Sexual education should include these topics (list all that apply and add your own, if needed) -- abortion methods and side effects; abstinence; consent; contraceptive methods; human anatomy/the reproductive system; physical and emotional health outcomes; sex acts and pleasures of sex; sexual orientation and gender identity; stages of pregnancy and fetal development
abstinence; human anatomy/the reproductive system; physical and emotional health outcomes; stages of pregnancy and fetal development
Children have a right to reach maturity without chemical or surgical castration, which would damage their healthy bodies through surgeries and may cause a life-long dependence on cross-sex hormones.
Strongly Agree
Children have the right to be protected from sexual grooming (including drag shows and explicit materials) in schools and libraries.
Strongly Agree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman essential to the formation and sustaining of a civil and prosperous society.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
In the event of a pandemic, school districts can mandate whatever health precautions they deem necessary (including masks and vaccines) to protect students and staff.
Agree
When COVID initially hit, everyone knew so little, and we had to learn as we went along, relying on the best information obtained by our federal scientific institutions. The school's decisions should be based on supportive data and scientific findings to the best of our ability to determine from local, state, and federal experts. However, as time went on, data and experience supported options outside of various mandates, and at that point, each locality should determine its best policy.
