Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Elective abortion should only be available because of reported rape and reported incestual rape.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Chemical abortion drugs are harmful and dangerous and should only be issued by prescription and under proper medical care. Minors should never be given chemical abortion drugs.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

The minimum wage reduces employment opportunity and produces a permanent underclass. Employers should be able to compete for labor and set the wage for each position according to its worth and the labor market. The government has no place in setting

The government should be investing any money available for such thins where it will benefit the citizen, regardless of social or environmental stance.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
The government should never have the authority to close churches or any private entity.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

The very essence of liberty is freedom of association. Both the Wyoming constitution and the constitution of these United States guarantees the freedom of religion and association. The government should never have the authority to require a business serve anyone that violates religious or moral beliefs.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Option C most closely matches my beliefs. However, Medicaid should only be available to citizens who are able to demonstrate an absolute need for government assistance. Medicare needs to be reformed and perhaps privatized to ensure that funds are being used properly and monies spent should be transparent and accountable.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
There are never any circumstances where anyone should be required to have a vaccination by the government. Private employers should be allowed only if the vaccination has been proven effective and safe.

Israel has proven to be a valuable ally in a region where these United States have strategic, military. and economic interest.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Immigration should be based on the needs of the citizenry of these United States. Priority should be given to those who have the criteria to meet the needs of the state where they wish to immigrate. Those who are compatible with the values of these United States, should be allowed if they can demonstrate actual persecution, or threat of death.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Children have the right to be protected from sexually explicit materials in publicly funded libraries, including school libraries.

The vast majority of school children are considered minors and should not be subject to adult situations or material. Parent have the right to determine what their children are exposed to, and schools should never have sexually explicit material available. The public library should have strict access restrictions on sexually explicit and adult material to ensure minors are not exposed.
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from harm, including from gender ideology and bodily mutilation.

No person under the age of 18, which is considered the age of majority, should be exposed to deviant ideology or be encouraged or forced to be mutilated. There must be criminal penalties attached to the violation and abuse of minor children by exposing them to such deviance.
Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.

Until a child reaches the age of majority, they are the responsibility of the parent, however, no parent should have the right or the option to force deviant ideology on or to mutilate their child.

There are two sexes, male and female. There is no such thing as transgender. The mental illness that affects these individuals should be treated, not supported. Physicians that perform such services should be scrutinized and be subject to license revocation and possible criminal consequences.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Government should have no say in marriage. The first amendment to the constitution of these United States guarantees the freedom of religion for all citizens. Some religions sanction polygamy and should not be subject to government interference. If a legal document is needed, the government should provide one that will satisfy the need.

I am a Christian with Judeo-Christian values. I believe that life is sacred and my God has provided me with a guide to the proper moral path. I have been provided with inalienable rights and the ability to defend those rights.

The national popular vote is a scam by communist demoncrat party to eliminate any influence by smaller states and eliminate the electoral college without a constitutional amendment. This compact gives New York and California the ability to select the president without input from other states.

No!. Racism is not a threat to domestic security. True racism does not exist in spite of what the propaganda media and the democrats say.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

critical race theory is garbage. Those who wish to cause division in the country have come up with this theory. The theory has no basis in fact.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Biological sex is based on actual science. Males are physically different from females. Unless sex based sports are eliminated, which is totally unfair to female athletes, men should compete with men and women with women and both should be afforded their privacy and freedom from the mental illness of a dilutional individual.

A best represents my view. So called "climate change" is a hoax and should be given no credibility. While we all want clean air and water, these can be achieved without the burden of undue and unreasonable regulation and interference by government.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Coal and natural gas are the most plentiful, efficient, and reliable forms of energy available. Coal and natural gas power plants operate at 70% - 80% efficiency. Wind will never be more than 17% and solar will never be more than 60%.

The purpose of government is to provide an atmosphere for commerce by regulating weights and measures, to provide an conduit for an organized militia to protect the citizens and property, and to provide a stable and consistent form of trade.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Police and other law enforcement are necessary functions of government. Community programs are questionable and have never been proven effective.
2ND AMENDMENT
Please express your views on the 2nd Amendment.
The second amendment to the constitution of these United States and article one section 24 of the Wyoming constitution are a guarantee the government may not interfere with the right to keep and bear arms. There is no definition of the term arms. I believe that 95% of gun laws are unconstitutional and the citizen has an absolute right to keep and bear what ever arm the citizen desires. The possible exception to these rights are violent criminals and the adjudicated mentally ill that have a potential to violate the rights of others.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

I believe drugs cause more issues than are worth the effort. While legalized marijuana is fine in some states, I believe it is not right for Wyoming. I do believe it the current laws could be rewritten to make possession of small quantities misdemeanors instead of jailable offenses.
