To maintain near eradication of past diseases (polio, measles, TB...). Strict medical, scientific and psychological oversight should provide justification to continue child vaccinations or to even suggest mandates on adults.

Only those seeking provable asylum from Mexico or Canada should be afforded immediate temporary immigration. All others are welcome as long as they follow the application and citizenship process. Anyone entering illegally would no longer be considered for either and deported.

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
