Conception does not guarantee anything. Half of all fertilized eggs are shed naturally. A fetus becomes a child when it breathes, see Genesis. At the other end of life, a person should be able to choose the time and manner of their death when it has become inevitable.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Embryos must be screened for viability, are you claiming that all deformed embryos must somehow be born??
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

What is your position on the minimum wage?
It should be indexed to inflation and reflect productivity gains. No one should have to work two or three full jobs just to afford rent, food, and necessities.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

WELL-REGULATED capitalism is what gave us our greatest period of prosperity. Unregulated capitalism quickly becomes oligarchy or even feudalism, which is where we are headed right now.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
the government has no right to push one religion over any other, or require any religious observance or display. No religion has any right to demand that the government enforce its dictates on people at large. All religions must be treated equally in law.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
A or B will do. A single-payer system will be far more efficient and affordable than our current for-profit mess.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

China would be less of a problem if we didn't abandon all our own economic power in order for a few to profit. They are stepping into the void we have left by our own volition.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
We are entirely too intertwined with Israel and threatening to be more so. This is a highly one-sided relationship that does not benefit the USA at all, and gets us into more wars and problems. We should not be funding a country that violates all international laws and standards of human rights.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

No local authorities should be obligated to carry out federal orders. They have their own duties.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

a child's own choice is the sole determinant of their identity. If they want to be called by a different name or wear clothes of their choice, IT IS THEIR CHOICE.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

From a government standpoint, marriage is a legal contract, with numerous clauses which should be explicitly taught to those contemplating it. It can only be entered into by freely consenting, competent adults. Religions can define their sacraments the way they want, but government needs to stick to legal matters.

Gambling is an addictive pastime and not to be encouraged, though it could be managed like other addictive things such as alcohol.

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

If ID cards are required, they must be free and readily obtained. This cannot be allowed to become a new form of poll tax.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

any reparations owed would be on the basis of demonstrated government injustice.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

A fully transitioned male to female is not a "biological male" Nor is an intersex person. This question presumes a false dichotomy which science does not support.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

we are out of time, the climate-related damages are already piling up. If we do not act urgently and effectively, very large numbers of people will die, economic damages will exceed all ability to handle them, crop failures and water shortages will multiply, swaths of real estate will become worthless, disease will spread, areas of the planet will be uninhabitable. You name it, climate change will affect it for the worse.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Solar is currently the cheapest, and with battery banks, can cover long time periods. Wind is better in some locations. Geothermal is newer but where it is accessible, it may become the most stable option. Green energy is energy sovereignty.

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
To protect the public, to promote rehabilitation of offenders, to arrange restitution where possible, to keep incorrigible offenders off the street.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

The online service providers have the primary responsibility to act, and should be held accountable.
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

This is just silly. No one is trying to replace our laws except us. And, I must point out, the extreme right is diligently trying to impose its own version that is as bad or worse than Sharia, and pretending it is "Christian". There is no difference, religious law has no place in America.
