Yes. As proven multiple times in our long history, conflicts and wars have arisen due to segregation and racism which have affected the security and stability of a country. It ultimately effects the sense of unity that is necessary to keep a state strong.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.

A). Environment issues are real and need to be addressed, however it needs to be done properly. No matter what environmental laws will almost always affect the economy negatively due to the abundant use of fossil fuel. But current laws push for an inefficient source, we currently need a better fuel source that fits our current demands better, and a way to phase out any environmentally-damaging acts.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

If we are looking for a convenient fuel source it’s fossil fuels. For global use, it’s renewable energy. But for efficiency, it’s nuclear energy. Depending on the definition of reliable, either one could be fit.
