Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Abortion should never be used as birth control. Late term abortion should never be allowed.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

What is your position on the minimum wage?
Mandated wage floors are disruptive to our economy. As a worker in the full service restaurant industry I have experienced first hand how destructive minimum wage hikes have been to our industry and have actually reduced the incomes of workers.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?
The first amendment states "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;" Only a church can determine if it can close or not.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C. Providing "safety nets" are different than socializing the whole system. Getting rid of private healthcare options will inflate the costs of healthcare and make it less efficient.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
People should have the freedom to choose to take the vaccinations they believe will benefit them. Mandated vaccination as a term of employment or being allowed into an educational program should be prohibited.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
There are several reasons for which the United States' relationship with Israel is important. It is a proper relationship response regarding the holocaust. As the daughter of a holocaust survivor, this is extremely important to me. The United States recognizes Christianity as it's prevailing religion, although we have the freedom of religious choice. Israel is considered the birthplace of Christ and important religious events. Contemporarily the US and Israel share trade and military agreements.

A. Environmental regulations and laws have the ability to disrupt the flow of commerce and people. We should be good stewards of our environment and always be looking for the best ways to progress and support our economy that doesn't destroy the air we breathe, the land we use and the water we drink. However, we cannot put people into poverty by mandating environmental conditions when building housing, transportation, food production or any other ways we use our environment.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Natural Gas is currently the most reliable energy source to supply electricity. Renewable sources such as wind or solar are not reliable and are heavily affected by geographic location.

What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The general purpose of government is written in the Preamble of the Constitution. "establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity," I wholeheartedly believe in our Constitution to guide our government into best practices.

We have the right to arms as allowed in our Constitution. I do feel that background checks and safety training should be required when purchasing a fire arm. I advocate for responsible gun ownership.
