I am a practicing Roman Catholic and as such I believe that life begins with conception and ends with natural death. I believe that God created two sexes, man and woman and does not make mistakes. I believe that as children of God, all people have inherent value and that value must be respected.

Voting is a fundamental right (and duty) of all citizens of the United States and who can or cannot vote should not be controlled by the government though any means, including control of who or who cannot obtain a photo ID, however in order to register to vote, there should be a requirement to prove US citizenship.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
I think the answer to this question is very nuanced. Although people can use racist ideas as a justification for violence, there are probably many people who have what might be labeled “racist” ideas and would never consider engaging in criminal behavior. Additionally, we need to be careful when labeling anything a “threat to domestic security” as it could very easy lead to using that label as a justification for other atrocities.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
