QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Pregnancy complications that endanger the life of the mother.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What is your position on the minimum wage?

High minimum wage rates are becoming an unrealistic burden on job providers ultimately resulting in fewer jobs available for newcomers to the job market.

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

Absolutely not.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

The government cannot compel anyone or any bussiness to provide services to another.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C, Medicaid and Medicare should remain available. Competition of private organizations offerring Direct Primary Care services can provide medical insurance options for consumers.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None. The individual or family has the right to weigh the "risks vs benifits" of vaccinations.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

Absolutely. It may be prudent to prohibit such a threat from purchashing land / property within the United States.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes. The main foundational principles that the United States and Israel both share as nation states, create a bond wherein we must encourage and support one another in the perpetual quest for liberty and the protection of Judeo/Christian values.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Absolutely. No borders equals no country. The promised "fundamental change" is being implemented by this administration's whole hearted welcoming of millions to illegally enter our country.

EDUCATION

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Agree

Public education and fundng need considerable reform. While I support dollars following the child, I fear that the government will then have an open door to intrude into the private schooling environment and the homeschooling realm.

VALUES

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Strongly Agree

It should be illegal to provide non-essential gender altering medications and reassignment surgeries to minors.

Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.

Agree

Providing these decisions are not harmful of course.

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Strongly Disagree

Absolutley not. Elective surgery is the responsibilty of the adult patient.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

While I view marriage as a God-ordained, sacred union between one man and one woman, I also support "civil unions", which provide legal protections between two people.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

If humanity endeavoured to be as Jesus, a paradise this earth may be.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

We need to secure our elections. It is common sense to require proof of citizenship, along with photo identification. I also endorse one day of voting on paper ballots with hand tabulating of ballots. Absentee ballots ought to be offerred to overseas military service members and immediate family, those with valid absentee excuses as well as those with medically homebound considerations. Absentee voting ought to be rare.

States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.

Strongly Disagree

This would further damage our republic by effectively eliminating the voice of the less populated regions of our country as well as minority groups.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No, I feel most people are wise to the agenda or drive, to create racial discord and divisions of various kinds within our society. The potential threat to domestic security might come from those entering our country illegally.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT is a tool used by those wishing to fundamentally transform our country, destroy our institutions, our culture and our traditions, and ultimately demolish the civil society that we take for granted.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

This entire topic is another attack on the civil society. This absurdity should have never been allowed to get this far. Where are the women's rights groups of yesteryear?

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.

C. While environmental concerns are highly important, (we do not wish to spoil the very earth we inhabit), environmental laws and the "climate change" movement appear to undermine our countries economy and entrepreneural aspirations.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Nuclear, and fossil fuels.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No.

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To protect the rights of the governed. To protect mankind from the corrupt tendencies of mankind.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

As a representative I will work to defend and protect the rights of the citizens.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Historically, community programs began in ones own neighborhood, primairly from local churches, clubs, fraternities, and other organizations. Government has effectively replaced these local and meaningful organizations much to the detriment of all involved. Police departments should not have their funds redirected to community programs.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Those wishing to commit crimes will do so regardless of laws and restrictions. The instinct to protect oneself is inherent to all living creatures. I encourage Americans to excercise the 2nd Amendment and to obtain safety training on various firearms.

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

I also encourge training for those teachers willing to risk their life to protect students.
