RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

When the life of the mother or child would be in jeopardy or would cause serious harm.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Agree

While I am against abortions, I do think that if a chemical measure is to be made available, it should follow strict manufacturing and administrative guidelines for health and safety.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

While an abortion remains viable as an option for non-emergency based procedures, i.e. there is nothing wrong the mother or child all the way up to birth, then it should not be the taxpayers burden.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Neutral

While I am for people choosing to take over their own destiny, I think some very careful consideration needs to be taken before any laws are signed in for this. Incurable diseases, pain, and depression should be considered before allowing assisted suicide. If the patient is in status that can be recovered from suicide is not to be administered, but from terrible ailment that cannot be assisted? Then some legal documents should be allowed to be signed with witnesses to permit suicide.

What is your position on the minimum wage?

It needs not adjusting. To raise minimum wage, would be to later raise the prices of products and services later, or inflation. No, minimum wage needs not be adjusted, prices and logistics need to be controlled for a better economy.

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

While initially a good idea, ESG controlled companies have consistently shown that it is another political weapon to further along goals of the elite.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Other than when a building fails safety standards, churches should largely be left alone.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

People and private businesses should never be obligated to provide service. If they refuse to provide business, then they lose business from the like-minded and similar people they denied service to. A business will bankrupt itself, no need for a government to overstep boundaries on morality, especially on matters of faith.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

I think more closely to option C. But more inline with the government giving coverage to it's employees and retirees, i.e. veterans. Privatized health coverage means faster access and more personalized options, just at a higher cost. That being said having employers provide a health insurance plan could be a better option than universal health care.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

All organizations should be able to provide the option for vaccinations, especially those relevant to the job. If the vaccination is required by a private business, then it should be provided for free. Governments should never mandate a vaccine.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

While the Chinese military technologies may not be something to worry about in comparison to the US military, however the CCP should be threat priority #1. The CCP is deeply antagonistic to the USA and her ideals.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes. As a nation that was founded under God, we do have a duty to look after struggling people that can be viewed as the underdogs. Aside from that, Israel is essentially our only ally in that region. From a moral standpoint of siding with the underdog, a religious stand point of protecting God's people, a strategic standpoint that we should have an ally in that volatile region, the USA should protect Israel.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

All people should be vetted before allowance of entry. Not to do so, introduces gang violence, drug mules, and other crimes onto American streets. And when they are ultimately arrested and deported, that is taxpayer dollars.

EDUCATION

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Agree

I fully agree with allowing a parent to decide where to send their child. However, the government should not bend over backwards to meet demands, such as having a school bus go all the way to Ada to bring a kid to OKC. Also, money following the child should not be dollars handed to parents, that is a recipe for poor decision making. Whatever program is decided should not allow the parents to touch the education money. Though parents should be able to choose the education.

Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.

Neutral

In most cases, yes, the parent should make decisions for their minor child, however, some decisions, a parent has no right to decide. I.e. when and if a minor child should have sexual relations with an old man or any invasive decision that is not reversible. Some medical decisions have to be made by the parent to protect the child from themselves. Some decisions made have consequences, like having the child go into protective services because of exploitative practices.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Neutral

While I am Christian and I believe this myself, I know full well that others do not believe in the same God. I do not agree with government having any authority in religious matters, which marriage is a religious ceremony.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian man with conservative values. That being said, I know that everyone has heard of Jesus, so it is pointless to stuff it down someone's throat that has already rejected my God. I think government and churches should remain separate, as in government having no regulation on religious ceremonies like marriages.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

We need to be able to verify that the person voting is a legal citizen with rights to vote. This will help cut down on people using aliases, multiple address or dead peoples names for multiple votes.

States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.

Disagree

More rural states have issues that need addressing as well, and making presidential elections by popular vote heavily focus on urban populations giving New York and California a lot more power. If Wyoming or Oklahoma had an issue that need federal address, it would a blip on the radar.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No. Someone's opinion does not affect security.

No. Someone's opinion does not affect security.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

There are no laws that allow racism or target particular races, with the exception of Affirmative Action. Affirmative Action was passed with the intent of helping, but targeting certain races, meant hindering others.

C.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

It depends on geographical area, but Nuclear is a great option. Low emissions, low danger, and it produces a lot of energy.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Disagree

Safety is more important than community programs. A strong police force is important for public safety. That is not to detract from the importance of community programs.
