Incurable diseases, pain, and depression should be considered before allowing assisted suicide. Then some legal documents should be allowed to be signed with witnesses to permit suicide.

I think more closely to option C. But more inline with the government giving coverage to it's employees and retirees, i.e. veterans. Privatized health coverage means faster access and more personalized options, just at a higher cost. Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. As a nation that was founded under God, we do have a duty to look after struggling people that can be viewed as the underdogs. Aside from that, Israel is essentially our only ally in that region. From a moral standpoint of siding with the underdog, a religious stand point of protecting God's people, a strategic standpoint that we should have an ally in that volatile region, the USA should protect Israel.

I am a Christian man with conservative values. That being said, I know that everyone has heard of Jesus, so it is pointless to stuff it down someone's throat that has already rejected my God.
