While I agree that it should be set artificially low to encourage people to strive for better, minimum wage hasn't been updated in 15 years to reflect the changes in inflation and needs to be raised accordingly.

The government should never be able to force adults to get vaccines. Employers can require whatever they want, but with the knowledge that people don't have to work for them. Schools have to have a degree of safety, so should be able to require them.
