Abortions of choice and not of medical necessity should not be allowed under any circumstances.

C. Medicaid and Medicare now act as competition for private healthcare, allowing the market to be semi-regulated. To remove Medicaid and Medicare completely without any preparation would harm the citizens more than it would help.
