QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
I am Pro-Life; life begins at conception. Children carried in their mother's womb are voiceless, defenseless, and should be entitled to the same legal protections against bodily harm that all living people receive. I support exceptions for the life of the mother and circumstances involving rape/incest. America should promote a cultural of life - life is inherently valuable, a gift from Almighty God.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Agree
I am led to believe there are viable alternatives to IVF, this has impacted my decision to oppose conventional IVF.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Elective abortion should be permitted in the circumstances when the life of the mother is threatened, and conception from rape/incest.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
Taxpaying dollars should not be used for abortion, notwithstanding saving the life of the mother.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Neutral
The difficulty with the Comstock Act is that it is a series of laws from 1873 that also restricts any material that is considered obscene (this could include contraception, adult content material). In my opinion, the law is too broad; it needs to be amended by Congress, and signed by the President, to narrowly focus on the abortion issue: fetal tissue, abortion-inducing drugs distributed without a medical doctor's prescription, etc.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Economic Freedom and private property are integral components of America's economy and society. Free enterprise and private property serve as the foundation to America owning the wealthiest economy known to human civilization.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.
Strongly Disagree
I advocate for a Flat tax of 10% for federal income tax purposes. No country known to human civilization has ever taxed its way to prosperity. Taxing the wealthy forces that wealth to leave the jurisdiction (country, state, city). Tax reductions invariably result in increased economic activity, which results in increases in government revenue (Kennedy and Reagan tax reduction resulted in substantial increases in government revenue). Redistribution of wealth is a failed marxist policy.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Agree
Reducing spending is one component of a balanced budget, which is the precursor for reducing the national debt. Before we can pay down the national debt, we need equilibrium between government revenue and government spending. DODGE should be codified and on-going to identify waste, inefficiency, and criminality in government programs. Economic growth is integral to maintain sufficient levels of revenue.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
All government agencies should be subjected to audits every two years, such as DOGE; prosecute criminals that commit fraud/theft; provide financial incentives for whistleblowers to uncover fraud and waste. Elect fiscal conservatives. Balanced budget amendment to the US Constitution.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Government should not force individuals or businesses to violate their moral or religious beliefs; that is the definition of tyranny.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of Church and State means the federal government, and by extension, state governments, are prohibited from establishing a state-sanctioned religion. The prohibition extends to the government suppressing or curtailing religious freedom. The government has no authority to suppress or restrict religious freedom.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
"C" All Americans should have the option of owning a Health/Medical Savings account. We need one national market for all health insurance products.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
"B" Peace is achieved through strength; weakness always invites aggression. Nation-states with democratic political institutions never go to war against other states that also have democratic political institutions. The more countries that have democratic political institutions would result in a more peaceful and stable world. Promoting freedom and plural political systems is a stabilizing force in international relations.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
The communist government of China is America's enemy; they are directly challenging the dominance of the USA internationally.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. America's recognition of the Israeli nation-state in 1948 established a moral recognition for a Jewish homeland after WWII/Holocaust. The military, technological, diplomatic, and economic cooperation between Israel and the USA serves a foundation of stability in the middle east. American interests in the middle east are well-served by having Israel as a stable democratic country in the middle east. America needs allies in the middle east to counter hostile threats to American interests.
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.
Strongly Agree
Radical islamic terrorism is a direct threat to not only America, but the entire civilized world. The threat is dual: international and domestic terror. The threat must be dealt with aggressively. America has no common ground with islamic terrorists.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
All illegal immigration should be stopped; illegal immigrants in the country should be deported. Immigration should be legal, orderly, and the legal immigrant should be required to assimilate to American culture and values. Immigration should be based on the needs of the American labor force. Immigration for reasons of war refugee, religious persecution should be carefully scrutinized so as not to be abused.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
Sanctuary jurisdictions should be illegal throughout the USA - all sanctuary jurisdictions should be ineligible to receive federal aid of any kind.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
The Federal Department of Education's budget should be distributed in equal proportions directly into each local school board across the country. The federal government's involvement in education has been an unmitigated catastrophe. Parents should have school choice and vouchers for their children's education.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
The National Association of Scholars maintains a database of foreign money funneled into American colleges and universities. Transparency is critical for America to have a complete understanding of the flow of money into academia, where it emanates from, and what are the requirements to receive the foreign funding. Disclosure by the academic institution should be made mandatory.
VALUES
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Transitioning of minors should be a criminal and civil offense. It is demonic child abuse.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Civil Unions for same sex couples was the solution without redefining marriage. More tragic, was the fac that the US Supreme Court judicially imposed the prohibition on sates as to who sates could issue marriage licenses to. Obergefell was handed down from SCOTUS AFTER 34 of 36 states that submitted the question of marriage definition to their voters overwhelmingly voted to keep the traditional definition of marriage. Obergefell stands as an egregious example of judicial activism.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Catholic - it is central and integral to my life.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Photo identification should be required for ALL elections in America. Proof of citizenship should be required when initially registering to vote. Only American citizens should have the privilege and right to vote in American elections.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Nuclear; and hydrogen when commercially applicable.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
