Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

When the life of the mother is in danger. Our legal system has always permitted the taking of a human life when your own is threatened. This would be a very personal decision between the mother and her doctor.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Very important. Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East. We must recognize that all Israel's neighbors seek their destruction. Without US support, Israel would cease to exist as a nation.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. Restrictions on ownership have never increased public safety, only disarmed law-abiding citizens.

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

Unfortunately, this is a question we need to discuss. It should be voluntary, and with proper training/instruction. Though we may prefer a different action, every mass shooting in this country has taken place in a facility that is "gun free".
