What is your position on the minimum wage?
Free markets set wages. At this point it’s futile to argue as if minimum wage won’t exist or that it’ll be eliminated. The CPI index, when it’s verified by other independent economists to be accurate, are generally good benchmarks for adj min wage

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
The same way they can close a public building - with strong compelling evidence of criminal activity.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Neutral
This can go both ways. Moral beliefs are arbitrary. What if a large corporation decides that an anti- union activist is not’moral’ should they be denied the same privileges as a pro- union activist? What if a business doesn’t want to serve certain people because they believe they’re not worthy? What if the business was a large conglomerate and the consumer’s only option is to pay twice as much or travel far for the product? This would result in more businesses opening to serve those customers.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Agree
This is an intelligence matter. Let’s ensure that our nation’s security institutions are accountable and transparent to Congress and we conduct full oversight to ensure they are accountable and not compromised by external actors, such as the CCP.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. We chose our allies and support each other in this free trade global economy. This does not mean that we should provide unrestricted foreign aid

IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
You don’t have a country if you don’t have a secure border. A border keeps people out for the sovereignty of the nation. We need to treat land border security as we do in international airports. What’s the point of having a border if it’s not secure?

EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Agree
I would strongly agree if such funding didn’t have strings attached as we see in public education. Home schooling should remain autonomous from the government but for all the taxes paid towards education by taxpayers, they should have no conditions or barriers of choice on which educational opportunities they choose. If this alters the authority of parents or their full autonomy, then it’s not a good choice.

VALUES
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
Studies show that this is not a life saving procedure yet it’s life altering. As adults they can do what they want to their bodies. It’s definitely not for the government to pay for any of these lifestyle decisions.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Agree
If a religious institution accepts marriage between two men or two women, should the government deny the marriage license because that religious institution accepts it? I believe the next question will be whether the government should accept marriage between people who haven’t identified their sex and that is more dangerous than concerns about male female marriage in the future.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I’m a Christian who loves God and this country. I believe individuals have to do everything to protect themselves , their freedom and rights …as well as those of other Americans. And this includes protection from government censorship and infringement of individual rights.

EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No it’s not unless it’s portrayed that way via media and institutional propaganda , then it’s a problem created by the media to create division.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.
Those are vague statements. The environment is critical to life on Earth. I’d be more likely to agree to bills banning bioengineering or chemical engineering to protect the environment. Overhaul the pro pharma and chemical industries FDA

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Depending on where you are in the country, the best source of electricity is hydroelectric. You can not expect states such as SC with little to no economical and sustainable sources of electricity to be forced to adopt EV initiatives
