RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Except in the case of rape, or incest, there is a reasonable choice for every woman to make before she becomes pregnant. I believe that life begins at the point of conception, and viability at the implantation in a mother's womb, therefore we as a public, in voluntary cooperation with the same truths, should reverence life as initiated in the equal creation process of reproductive truth. Human beings are created equally through the same process.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Choose not to answer
While I advocate against abortion by any means and favor alternatives that tend to support life, in more abundance, with greater help to unwed mothers, and for unwanted pregnancies, I affirm any administration of any medication should be only by in-person consultation with a medical doctor.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
The womb of a woman is expressly designed for pregnancy and the live birth of offspring in reproductive right by nature's ordination. If any person of subjective choice, wants by any means to abort a living and viable human being forming inside a mother's womb, they should not rely upon nor demand from the public trust, funds to do so.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What is your position on the minimum wage?
The minimum wage should be adjusted by agreement between employee and employer, and at the State level. Certainly, there are differing individual employment needs and employer responsibilities, to provide gainful employment for full-time status.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None whatsoever, since our Constitution in voluntary solicitation to the same truths, admits in the First Amendment, the government as created of the people, by the people, and for the people, has no power to overrule God or invent a religion, and affirms that the people themselves are created equal and endowed directly by God common in nature, so the government has no power, as ordained by the people, to interrupt Christ's ordination of the Church. The people retain their liberty to gather.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
The government is delegated limited powers of compulsion to defend the people from physical violence, foreign invasion, and to secure the common welfare of the people. The limited power of the government is not afforded to compel services but rather, to defend and support the voluntary services offered by business owners and defend their rights to refuse service for any reason publically stated. Services must be defended as a free will and voluntary offering, rather than a forced demand.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Choice C ) America is comprised of the most benevolent and caring people in the world. We should find ways to care for our citizens, throughout all age and growth levels, inside each State and local area, that do not involve massive waste and excess of erroneous duplication by a distant and out-of-control federal budget.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None! The definition of purpose and effect has been so marred, and ill-described, as to offer blank pages for product content. The word vaccination doesn't mean what it used to mean, therefore every medical solution should be completely voluntary.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes, as an equal and recognized State in political friendship and likeness to the United States, their survival as a political friend, ally, and State is imperative to the propagation of peace through equality of right to life and property boundary for every Nation or State. Those who refuse to live at peace with their neighbors are to blame for every instance of self-defense of the person and/or the State. There is a bold line of demarcation between violence and self-defensive recourse.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
We want legal immigration by those who respect our values, borders, and boundaries, those who violate this should never be rewarded with citizenship. It is an international disgrace to allow them to enter with no secure course of citizenship, it is unfair to them, and fraudulent to our existing citizenship. This failure by the Executive to defend America as pledged by oath to perform has resulted in excessive financial and physical distress with massive loss of life that cannot be tolerated.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.
Strongly Agree
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe God is an eternally living Spirit and our creator, the creator of our habitat in nature, and the natural body of humanity equally, through reproduction. I believe God formed as an example of life, liberty, love, and justice to all human beings, Jesus Christ a body in the womb of Mary by her voluntary agreement as she was yet a virgin. God, built a man like us in a body like us, without sin, to give us hope and a future of being changed into His likeness voluntarily now by acceptation of the same truths, and mandatorily in the resurrection. I believe every human being ever created will be resurrected by God, and there will be a command by Christ to the end of death altogether as declared in 1 Cor 15, especially verse 26.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Even now the photo ID is not nearly enough, unless there is a verification of US citizenship requirement, non-citizens will vote in our elections. Noncitizens are also given driver's licenses and photo ID. Voter registration is on a self-reporting basis, if they don't respect our border, are they going to tell us, they are not allowed to vote? At the federal head, and in many States, there is an air of leniency and indeed an encouragement for illegal "residents" to vote illegally.
States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.
Strongly Disagree
All States are made equal as a whole State for choosing a President by the Electoral College, and this is absolutely necessary to sustain our more perfect union. A compact to subvert our Constitutional equality, that part of our declaration that all men are created equal, by a number of Southern States in Confederation failed to produce anything but a civil war.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is limited by our Declaration and Constitution, and condemned by the largest population of the people, still now as it was in the civil war, this is not the greatest threat to our domestic security.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
It was a return to the values and expression of sentiment in the Declaration and Constitution that delivered us from racial injustice along with much bloodshed in a well-fought victory, that was secured for us and for our children of every color in the Civil War, we should continue to teach, and remind our future generations that we are all one people equal created, one family in brotherly communion and one Nation in voluntary consent holding to the same truths in justice for all.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.
Choice C) We should continue to employ viable energy independence while developing the greatest possible solutions for clean energy. We should in my opinion use as much nuclear energy as we can safely secure and employ.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
At present, the cleanest and most reliable energy production is nuclear.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
NO
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
NO
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To preserve and protect the inalienable rights of the people, for life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, as endowed by God.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.
Strongly Disagree
The police are the most well-vetted and resourced heroes for maintaining civil peace in our communities. We may advance any number of social help to our communities, but what the police do in the benevolent interruption of violent offenders, and arrest of active criminals is irreplaceable.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None. If change is adopted it should be that more honest and law-abiding people, are encouraged and should become familiar with, own, and bear arms in our culture today than ever before. We have millions of unvetted and illegal aliens that come from cultures of hatred against America, and the peace we maintain through voluntary persuasion using the least amount of force necessary. We should work harder to ensure lawful immigrants are rightly assimilated into our culture of responsible freedom.
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
We need more teachers willing to adopt the same level of defense that every parent would provide for their children if they were present with them.
