QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Rape, Incest, and when the life of the mother is a risk. I would also accept harmonizing our abortion laws to match EU standards, so France limits abortion up to 13 weeks, this is more extreme than Mississippi at 16 weeks. Also, why do we have licenses for guns but not for abortion? Abortion is a license to kill so should not the same gun restrictions apply? Where is the waiting period? Background Check? Disqualification due to criminal record? Limit on how many per calendar year?

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Strongly Agree

Abortion drugs should be handled just like prescribed controlled substances are, you must meet with a licensed doctor in person. The prescription also needs to be filled by a local licensed pharmacy.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

They should have to privately fund raise just like the Stanton Medical does. https://stantonhealthcare.org/

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Disagree

Look at what has happened in Canada, now assisted suicide is being pushed on kids with depression and old people that are a economic burden. The risks are too great for government to use this against "troublemaker citizens". I do support hospice care, which my mother went through at the end of their life.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Considering I am named after my Uncle, who lost everything at gun point in Cuba to socialists, property rights are fundamental. Moreover, in Jamaica, my father and his Chinese Jamaican business partner, lost Their business under forced nationalism, when the People's National Party under Prime Minister Michael Manley won elections in Jamaica 1972. The preservation of private property rights are fundamental to preserving a democratic society.

What is your position on the minimum wage?

With virtually no capital controls and little barriers to entry for products, it has become a race to the bottom for wages. As someone, who lost their domestic manufacturing job to China, and had to compete against foreign tech workers, we need mini

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

ESG is a boon for large corporation, which have existing departments to comply with regulations, programs (like ESG) only screw over the small producers and guarantee less competition. This is actually racist against minority community's in depressed areas. If you want to know the truth, the Mafia was able to succeed and thrive due to control of local judges and police, who would selectively enforce laws and refuse to issue permits. Check out FBI "Operation Greylord", cases.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Almost none, the exception I would have, is when the Church is closed down and no longer holds services and basically is just another commercial building. For example "the Church" nightclub in Denver, Colorado. Actually, the Catholic Church is a "sovereign state", so just like an embassy you cannot shut it down. Did you know that during the Cold War, President Reagan worked with Pope John Paul, to funnel money to support actual dissidents living in Polish Churches?

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

The Constitution is very clear about the right to free association. This means you are free to associate or not with, whomever you wish. "Forced inclusion", is a classic neo-Marxist trick to allow for government control and subjugation by regulation. Look at the targeted harassment for Christian "faith based" businesses, even worse are the feckless elected Republican AG's and District Attorneys allowing this to continue. You cannot "Neville Chamberlian" your way out of this.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

If I have to pick one, option "C", However, as a former resident of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and Czechsolovakia, their cost of health care is quiet low due to the lack of legal risk from suit and medical malpractice, The insurance burden, due to a legal environment, unique in the world is creating this mess. As someone, who worked for a major Medical Malpractice Insurance company determining the "Claims free discount", I have a unique perspective on how to fix our healthcare system.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Great question, vaccines are life saving options, and can work. We must always preserve the right to body autonomy as prescribed by the Nuremberg Code. We must have exemptions for individuals, and I do support the work of RFK jr for vaccine safety

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

Under existing laws, there are quite a few "elected officials", who should be in jail or hung, just like Tokyo Rose was for being a collaborator. We are at war with the CCP, and it is time to act in addressing the total threat the CCP poses to the American Way of life.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Israel is a rare example of a functional democracy in the Middle East. As we are also a democracy, fellow democratic states need to mutually aid one another. The Prime minister of Israel has often spoken about the need of his nation to be able to stand on its own, without the help of the US. The Abraham Accords, would have guaranteed peace in the Middle east for the first time in a long time, but thanks to the Biden Admin, that is now over. Thanks Joe Biden,

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

I travel to El Paso for work, the border is wide open and we are being invaded. Just like ancient Rome, you let in the Visigoths and it will not be long till your society collapses. Here we are.

EDUCATION

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Strongly Agree

Government run schools are always a bad idea. We allow competition for College and trade schools, why not for primary education? Oh, that is because the education unions have been captured by ideological Marxists, "red for education".

VALUES

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Strongly Agree

Yes, and as a former employee of Hustler Hollywood, here in Boise, we never had a problem of keeping kids from porn. There have been no complaints about Larry Flynn failing to comply with local, state, and federal obscenity laws nationwide. However, our Libraries, cannot make the same claim. ?How is it that a known pornographer does a better job of protecting our kids from porn than our legislators and "Credentialed" librarians.

Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.

Strongly Agree

CPS should be renamed, "Child Procurement Services". Every day CPS "looses" 55 children. In the state of Idaho, we have crossed the 1,000 "missing kids" mark. This is unacceptable, how do you "loose" a child? Moreover, considering that parents are legally liable for the actions of their minor children, should not they have a say in what their kids are or are not doing?

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Strongly Disagree

The cost of "gender affirming care", for kids under 18 will cost about 1.1 million per kid. ?Who is paying for this and why should I? Having known someone with "body dismorphia", this is a serious psychological issue and needs proper analysis by a trained doctor and drugs/transition should be a last option. 85% of the time, kids will outgrow this issue, it just part of growing up and finding your way. Again, this is part of a neo-Marxist/Maoist strategy to destroy the nuclear family.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Yes, get the government out of the marriage business. I just don't understand why, "civil unions" are not adequate enough for people that are not religious or atheists? The lie we were told, is that the alphabet mafia only wanted "Gay marriage", now look were we are. Drag queens and porn in the library.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

As Ben Franklin said, "I am a non denominational theist". Was raised and confirmed Lutheran, but the church's slide to compromise in the name of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, has orphaned me. Churches and pastors can be a phenomenal force in their communities, but most are not even in the game. The Epoch Times ran a great graphic of pastors in Germany circa 1930's. There were 3,000 pro nazi party, 3,000 against the nazi party, and 13,000 stayed on the sidelines. Just imagine if the 13,000 pastors spoke out against the Nazis? Black Ministers on the West and south side of Chicago are true community leaders, they are engaged, vote, and when something goes wrong, will organize church members to action.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Without photo id. voter fraud is so much easier to commit. As a former resident of Chicagoland, and someone trained by the Daley Machine on how to "win elections", trust me when I warn you about this.

States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.

Strongly Disagree

This will be the end of our Constitutional Republic as we know it, if this happens.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

no, as someone part Chinese, with a Vietnamese/Chinese Significant other, and a father that is part Jewish, none of us have let racism or perceived racism prevent us from achieving success. As Nelson Mandela said, "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." As someone, who grew up in Chicagoland, I remember the "Race hustle gift", by Jesse Jackson. When someone alleges, racism in the workplace, for a "fee", Jesse would make it go away.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT is a Marxist class division strategy to take down this country, full stop.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

This should be obvious, the fact this is even happening just shows how cowardly lion Republican Party and Faith leaders have become.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.

C as a former member of the petro-chemical industry and defender of the "single use" plastic bag, these eco-fashists have gone too far. I am tired of being lectured at by people, who only fly on private jets. Moreover, if you are really serious about limiting the carbon footprint of America, why are you allowing in millions of people to increase it? Fact, the temperature of the oceans only began to be measured worldwide by the US Navy starting in 1945. That is not a large enough data set.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

A combination of small scale nuclear reactors, and micro turbines for hydro, but we must continue research on Hydrogen, because it is so available and cheap.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

no

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

to be a fair umpire on the field. There are some aspects of our society, which the private sector is not great at and creates pressure for bad outcomes, e.g. private prisons, national defense. I am actually an anti-federalist, if we would have stuck to the Articles of Confederation, many of the nation ending problems would not have occurred. Such as, a Central Bank, National Currency, Standing Army, National Taxation, etc.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Choose not to answer

As a former Elected Libertarian, if the Republican and Democrat parties actually followed the Constitution, I would not have pursued that path, But with the rise of National Populism, in the Republican party, I now have a home. You should include National Populist in your selection criteria. I think Teddy Roosevelt was one of our best Presidents and his policies would be awesome at this time. Tariffs not taxes funded our government for a majority of our history, why not return to this model?

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Strongly Disagree

If anything the police could use more training and skills programs. The problem for police is the judicial system, rogue prosecutors and judges "make" laws from the bench or apply selective enforcement. Look up Operation Greylord for how justice goes wrong. Moreover, the judicial was suppose to be just one branch, but with the power of the purse (through fines), and with bailiffs/marshals, they also have enforcement power. Look at the Bell California "traffic stop" corruption cases for example

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

very few, as a member of "Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership" JPFO, Gun Owners of America, and the Idaho 2nd Amendment Foundation, these are the groups my views most align with. Only law abiding citizens follow the laws, criminals do not. Look at Mexico, some of the strictest gun laws, how is that working out? Also look at Brazil, when Bolosanario loosened gun ownership rules, the murder rate dropped 25%. Also, look at the City of Chicago, for real time stats www.heyjackass.com

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

No school, that has armed teachers has had a mass shooting. We tried to get a bill for teachers here in Idaho, but yet again, our legislature is too scared to take real action to address this problem. I would strip the security measures from out courts and government buildings, and place it at public schools. Why do the courts with tons of armed police, need more armed security and detection devices, while our children are unarmed?
