RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Within the first trimester. Non-elective abortions, up to the birth to save the life of the mother, should be available. Neither federal nor state funds should be used for abortions.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Abortifacients should be made available only within the first trimester and in a setting where medical professionals can monitor the patient because abortifacients have been shown to have serious side effects in 25% of patients. Neither federal nor state funds should be used for abortifacients.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

I support advance health care directives that contain a do not resuscitate directive. Other than that specific situation, no one should lawfully be able to assist in the suicide of another person.

Minimum wage laws act just like any other price control, they inhibit competition and create shortages. If I have a business and can only pay four people, and I now can afford to pay only three, my business will suffer.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
ESG strictures violate the fiduciary responsibilities of company directors to maximize investor returns by diverting company resources to unprofitable ventures.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Under no circumstances. The 2nd Irrevocable Ordinance of the Nevada Constitution requires "That perfect toleration of religious sentiment shall be secured, and no inhabitant of said state shall ever be molested, in person or property, on account of his or her mode of religious worship." Irrevocable means it cannot be amended away.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Irrevocable means it cannot be amended away. Anyone who wants me to provide a service that I cannot in good conscience provide is free to get that service from someone who has no religious scruples.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C. There are other private options. I participate in a faith based medical cost sharing fellowship that costs me only $350/month with only a $1,500 annual unshared amount for which I am personally responsible. Everything after that is paid by the fellowship.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Under no circumstances. Especially experimental treatments that have not been fully tested prior to release. Parents are free to vaccinate their children or not. I personally have never been vaccinated -- for anything.
NATIONAL SECURITY

Israel is the only true democracy in the Middle East. It is also a reliable ally against Russian, Iranian, and Turkish influence.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

The Biden administration has done everything it can to dismantle the immigration policy of the United States. It is estimated there are 10M to 30M illegal aliens in the US due to these reckless policies. Housing is greatly affected, as there are only an estimated 3.3M rental housing units available. Do the math. Illegal aliens also put pressure on the prices of good and services and the public resources that are expended to support them.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Public schools would compete for these funds from parents by showing they can provide a better education than private schools. While there are roadblocks to funding religious schools, I will make it a priority of mine to figure out a way to allow parents to get exactly the kind of education they want for their children.
VALUES
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Our daughters should have safe spaces that cannot be invaded by fake women. If men want to pretend to be women (or vice versa) and need safe spaces as well, I believe we can accommodate that as well.
Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.

California just enacted legislation that allows the schools to "hide" a child's "gender identify" from parents. This is unconscionable. If a child is not old enough to vote, purchase a firearm, or get a tattoo, they are not old enough to "decide" their gender.
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Any *adult* who is dissatisfied with their gender is free to choose another. Note well this excludes children. They can do that on their own dime.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Civil Unions between gay persons is fine, so long as we don't legally call it marriage. People with civil unions may be afforded the same rights as those who are married.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was raised Catholic in religious schools. Catechism every Saturday. Church every Sunday. I was an altar boy. Do unto others as you would have other do unto you. Keep your word. Harm no other. Self-defense is the only reason to kill.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.

It should a felony to REGISTER to vote without proof of citizenship. It should be a felony for people to knowingly assist a non-citizen to register to vote. Ballots should be mailed only to those who request them, after providing identification. Ballots should have fraud resistant features like special paper and watermarks. Mailed ballots must be received by the state before Election Day. Any late ballots should be disallowed.
States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.

The Founders set up the Electoral College for a reason. If Nevada were to attempt to participate in the NPVIC, I would be the first to sue the state for failing to uphold my vote for the Elector I have chosen. I am not sure if the NPVIC is even constitutional given that Congress has to grant authority under I:10:3.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is a construct of the Left. Because of that, any racial violence will be started and perpetuated by the Left. Due to this, I would say that racism is a threat to the domestic security of the United States, thought probably not in the way the Left defines it.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Racism is a construct of the Left. When I am forced to check a box for race, I check "Other" and write in "human". CRT teaches our children to hate each other based upon the color of their skin. Without this indoctrination, the only source for racism would be parents and the bulk of racists are on the Left.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Our daughters should be safe from Fake Women. I would not oppose setting up "safe spaces" for transgender people, but I do not want a person with a penis in my daughter's bathroom.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

C. Net-Zero is a way for the Left to force the people into 15 minute cities and eliminate their right to travel freely. If Climate Extremists want to change the world, they need to start in China and India. The US has consistently reduced emissions over the past few decades, but that is offset by increased emissions in other countries. Extremists do not understand that the bulk of the population of this planet have access only to fossil fuels for energy. They are not going to change that.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
It will change over time. Right now, wind and solar are not economically viable alternatives to fossil fuels, especially natural gas. The amount of electricity that would have to be produced to handle Net-Zero transportation does not currently exist.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

You should do this only if you want to live in a hell hole. Please move to Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, or NYC. People who are not punished for their crimes become lawless. Lawless people are a danger to everyone. There are court diversion programs to help keep those out of jail who for no fault of their own have unfortunate circumstances that force them to commit crimes.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Adults have the right to protect themselves with firearms. Those who are felons have forfeited that right. Those who are mentally ill are not truly adults. 99% of mass shootings are committed in Gun Free Zones--eliminate those. I should be able to protect myself, my kin, and my country even if I am in a public building, a school, or hospital. I should be able to carry a concealed weapon without the state's permission--Constitutional Carry. If I harm someone with the use of a firearm, punish me.
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
Why should a person not be able to protect themselves anywhere? 99% of mass shootings occur in Gun Free Zones--Eliminate them. If a crazy wants to shoot up a school, let them worry about not knowing who is able to shoot back and they won't bother.
