RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

When the life of the mother is at risk, rape and incest

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

I am opposed to any abortion drug unless it is proscribed by a medical professional when the life of the mother is at risk or when associated with incest or rape.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

We all have the inalienable right to life and the right to control our property. Government should never regulate taking property (our monies) and provide support to any individual, organization, agency, or institution to terminate life.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

We have the inalienable right to life. The Preamble of the Declaration of Independence, written my Thomas Jefferson, boldly declares our inalienable right to life. Government has no right to regulate the taking of life.


ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

All people have an inalienable right to property. No government regulation should ever threaten private property rights.

What is your position on the minimum wage?

Government should not set minimum wages. Wages should be directly tied to free enterprise and market conditions. Goods and services are determined by demand and supply therefore basic economics of the free market will determine wages.

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

Environmental and social issues should never have any influence on how and where to invest public monies.


RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

NEVER - The first amendment gives all people the right to worship where and when they choose. The government has no right in regulating an individual's right of conscience.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

All people have been given three inalienable rights from God: 1. the right to exercise their own conscience; to believe what they choose, 2. the right to control property, and 3. the right to life. The US Constitution Bill of Rights in the first amendment protects our right of conscience; our moral and religious beliefs.


HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C - Medicare and Medicaid should diligently strive to reduce all forms of fraud in order to reduce the cost of premiums and care.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Our inalienable right to life gives everyone the right to choose how they care for their own bodies. There are never any circumstances where any government, school, agency or institution has the right to require vaccinations.


NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

It is very important. It is the first time Israel has been recognized as a state in over two hundred years. It has been restored to the Jews as their homeland. It was established in 1948 and accepted into the United Nations.


IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

The US Constitution, Article four, Section four, states that the federal government is responsible for defending the various states from invasion and domestic violence. Our government is allowing hundreds of thousands of individuals to cross the border illegally. We have a legal process for immigration. All who wish to enter the United States should be required to follow the establish immigration process.


EDUCATION

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

The highest priority of government should be to protect the integrity of the family. Of course, parents have the right to determine what education is best for their children and which school or education method is best for them.


VALUES

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

It is the duty and responsibility of parents and communities to provide for the welfare and care of their children until they reach the age of adult maturity.

Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.

Every child has the right to be taught correct principles and moral values. It is during their developmental years that children learn right from wrong. The consequences from decisions can impact children for life. Every guardian of every child has the inherent responsibility to protect children.

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

It is not the role of government to choose one group of people over another. Government does not have the right to take monies (property) from one group of people and give it to another. The role of government is protect our rights, not to provide equal things.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Proper government will do all it can to defend and protect the integrity of the family.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe the words of the Apostle Paul, Romans 1:16 "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ; for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth..." I believe that every person has the right to exercise his own conscience and choose for themselves.


ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

The rights of US citizens to vote are protected by Amendment XV of the US Constitution. If you are not a US citizen you have no right to vote. Therefore, all those who vote should provide a legal photo identification.

States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.

Absolutely not. Article Two, Section One, of the US Constitution establishes that electors, equal to the number of senators and representatives for each state, shall vote by ballot for US president and vice president.


EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Everyone is created equal with equal inalienable rights. Race should never be an issue.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

The Declaration of Independence states .."We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights..." Government is instituted to secure these rights.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

We are defined by our biological genders. We have God given rights to protect ourselves. Government has no right to regulate anything that conflicts with natural rights.


ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I concur with A and C. It is in the best interest of this country to be energy independent in every way possible. All efforts should be made to secure and produce cost effective and reliable resources of energy.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

After thoroughly studying all sources of energy I believe the most reliable source will come from small nuclear power plants with advanced nuclear reactors.

The Role of Government is to protect the God given rights of our freedoms and liberties, to manage general commerce between states and nations and to secure our borders from invasion.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

People are free from anarchy because of the "Rule of Law." The US Constitution establishes a basic understanding of our freedoms. Laws of behavior set the boundaries for a peaceful society. Law enforcement maintains the peace and punishes those that violate the rights of others. Every safe and peaceful community relies heavily on a well-trained and equipped group of professionals.


2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I fully support the 2nd amendment to the US Constitution.
