QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I will never vote to send your tax dollars—federal, state, local, or Title X—to abortion providers like Planned Parenthood. Redirect those funds to neighborhood clinics offering prenatal care, screenings, and real women’s health. Every child is a blessing. I’ll protect the unborn, respect taxpayers, and fight for families and opportunity so District 10 communities can thrive.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Elective abortions should not be allowed. Every unborn child deserves protection—including in Black communities that have been hit hardest by abortion. I will always stand for the life of the mother and for compassion in cases of rape or incest. Beyond that, the answer is more support for mothers, not more abortions: prenatal care, adoption, jobs, and strong families in District 10.

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death. Every child has God-given worth—and so do our seniors and disabled neighbors. I’ll protect the unborn, stand with mothers, and reject abortion as the easy answer. Support families with prenatal care, adoption, and opportunity in District 10. I choose life and never treat any community’s children as disposable.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Strongly Agree

Life is life—whether a child is conceived naturally or through IVF. I stand with families who want children. I will not support the purposeful destruction of human embryos for research or as leftover product. Every embryo is a unique human life with God-given worth. I will protect the vulnerable, support mothers and fathers, and never treat any community’s children as disposable.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

I support enforcing the law against mailing abortion-inducing drugs across state lines. A woman deserves a doctor, an ultrasound, and real medical care—not a pill in a mailbox with no one to help if she hemorrhages or has an ectopic pregnancy. Black women already face higher maternal-health risks. I will protect mothers and the unborn, stop the abortion industry from shipping these drugs into Georgia, and put family and safety first.

ECONOMY

What is your position on the minimum wage?

I will not vote to raise the minimum wage. A mandate prices young people out of first jobs and squeezes Black-owned businesses. Real raises come from skills, growth, and lower costs—not politicians. District 10 needs opportunity, not empty promises.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential to a productive economic system, and to family wealth in District 10. Your home, your shop, and your paycheck belong to you, not the government. I will defend ownership, Black-owned businesses, lower taxes, safer streets, and the right to keep what you earn so you can provide for your family and pass it on. Opportunity comes from work and property, not more government. My pledge is to protect what you build so families thrive.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

My top priorities to cut waste: stop Medicaid and public-assistance fraud so help reaches people who need it; put education dollars in classrooms, not downtown bureaucracies; eliminate duplicate agencies and political spending that does not create jobs or safety; and require public audits and competitive contracts. Georgia families should keep more of what they earn. Government must prove results or lose the money.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The Constitution forbids a state church and protects the free exercise of religion. “Separation of church and state” does not mean driving God out of public life or silencing the church. Faith built our families and communities. I will defend religious liberty, parents’ rights, and the freedom of pastors to preach and serve without government hostility. Government should be neutral among churches—not hostile to God.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Disagree

No. The government must never force a pastor, nurse, baker, or small-business owner to violate their faith. Religious liberty is a civil right. Serving the public is not the same as celebrating every ceremony or performing every procedure. I reject racial discrimination. I also reject using courts to punish people of conscience. District 10 churches and families should be free to live by their beliefs without being sued or shut down.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

I choose (C). I will protect Medicare for our seniors and Medicaid for children, pregnant mothers, the disabled, and those who truly need help. I will not vote for government-run healthcare that takes away your doctor and puts you on a waitlist. Cut waste so money goes to patients. District 10 needs real access and better care—not a takeover that fails the people who already depend on these programs.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Disagree

Your diagnosis belongs to you and your doctor—not a government spreadsheet. I will not vote to put sick people on a state list so bureaucrats can price their lives. District 10 families already know what happens when government treats people as experiments or costs. I will protect medical privacy, defend the disabled and chronically ill, and reject any policy that scores human beings by how expensive they are to treat.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

Yes. The Chinese Communist Party threatens our military, our jobs, our data, and our kids. They stole American work, flood our streets with fentanyl, hack our systems, and buy influence. I will keep CCP-linked buyers off Georgia land, protect pensions and state contracts, and put District 10 workers first. I mean America first—not Beijing.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes. The U.S.–Israel relationship matters. Israel is a democracy and our closest ally against terrorism. I support Israel’s right to exist and to defend its people. Faith, freedom, and loyalty to friends are not slogans. We stand with our allies—and with every community’s right to live in peace.

IMMIGRATION

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Disagree

No. Sanctuary cities put politics above public safety and the rule of law. I will not hide people who are here illegally from immigration authorities—especially those who commit crimes. Legal immigrants who waited in line deserve respect. District 10 families deserve jobs, safe streets, and schools that are not stretched past the breaking point. Compassion is order and fairness, not ignoring the law.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Agree

I support ending the U.S. Department of Education and returning control to states and communities. Washington has spent decades and trillions while too many District 10 children still cannot read. I trust parents, pastors, and teachers who know these kids—not a deputy secretary 600 miles away. A state senator cannot shut down a federal agency, but I will fight federal overreach, put money in classrooms, and give families the power to choose a school that actually works.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

No foreign government should buy influence in our classrooms or on our campuses. Beijing does not get to write the lesson, fund the lab, or shape what District 10 children learn. I will ban Confucius Institutes, require full disclosure of foreign gifts, and keep Georgia schools under Georgia parents—not a foreign capital. Our kids are not for sale.

VALUES

Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.

Strongly Agree

Parents—not a school, a counselor, or a bureaucrat—raise the child. I will defend the right of District 10 mothers, fathers, and grandparents to know what is taught, what is happening in the clinic, and what is happening to their child. The Black church and the Black family built this community. Government’s job is to support that, not to take it over.

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

A child cannot consent to puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, or surgery. A school should not socially transition a child behind a mother’s or father’s back. That is not healthcare. That is abuse. I will ban these procedures on minors, protect girls’ sports and locker rooms, and defend parents who refuse to go along. District 10 kids need the truth, real mental-health care, and adults who will not lie to them about biology.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Marriage is one man and one woman. God designed it that way for children, for family, and for a stable home. A court cannot overrule creation. I will treat every neighbor with respect, and I will never force a church, pastor, or Christian ministry in District 10 to bless what Scripture does not bless. Strong families—a mother and a father when we can give a child both—are not hate. They are how this community was built.

I support the expansion of gambling in my state.

Disagree

I will not vote to turn Georgia into a casino state or put a sportsbook in every phone. Gambling is sold as jobs and “easy money.” What it really does is take the rent from working families—especially in communities that can least afford another hole in the paycheck. District 10 needs work, ownership, and safe streets, not an industry that profits when a father loses his wages. Adults can make their own choices. The state should not be the house.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I'm a Christian. Jesus Christ is Lord. Every person is made in the image of God—born and unborn, Black and White, young and old. Scripture, not the state, is my first authority. I believe life is sacred from conception until natural death, marriage is one man and one woman, and parents—not government—raise the child. Faith without works is dead. Compassion is the church, the family, and honest work—not a government that replaces the home. The Church built this community on the Gospel: dignity, fathers, mothers, and freedom. I will defend religious liberty, stand with District 10 pastors, treat every neighbor with respect, and serve with honesty, courage, and the equal worth of every soul God made. I answer to God before any party.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

Voting is a civil right, and every legal vote in District 10 should count equally. Photo ID protects that. You need ID to cash a check, board a plane, or pick up medicine. Georgia already offers free voter IDs. Requiring ID is not Jim Crow. Jim Crow was designed to stop Black people from voting. An ID treats every adult as a citizen who can prove who they are. I will protect the ballot box, not water it down.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Disagree

Slavery was evil. Jim Crow was evil. I will never deny that, and I will never vote to pay people because of their race. A check from the government will not teach a child to read, put a father in the home, or make a street safe. Every person in District 10 is equal before the law. The way you repair a community is work, ownership, family, and schools that actually work—not a racial payout that divides neighbors and never arrives.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

Biological males do not belong in women’s sports or in women’s bathrooms, locker rooms, sororities, shelters, or prisons. Black girls in this district deserve a fair race, a private locker room, and scholarships that were not handed to a male athlete. Abused women deserve a shelter that is actually for women. I will treat every person with dignity, and I will not lie about biology. Sex is real. Girls are not a costume.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Disagree

I will not vote for climate panic that raises energy costs on working families. District 10 needs power people can afford, air conditioning in a Georgia summer, and jobs that stay here. We should keep our air and water clean. We should not let Washington, Brussels, or Beijing set our energy policy. Stewardship of God’s creation is real. Treating your paycheck as the price of “urgent action” is not.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Nuclear is the most reliable source for growing demand: 24/7 power. Georgia’s Vogtle plant proves it. Natural gas is cheap and always on. Wind and solar cannot carry the load. District 10 needs affordable, dependable electricity—not blackouts.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I am a conservative. That means I believe in life, family, work, faith, and the equal dignity of every person. I will protect the unborn, defend the church and the right of parents to raise their children, demand safe streets, and fight for jobs and ownership in District 10. Conservative is not a slur. It is how strong families and free people live.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No! I have never been penalized for sexual misconduct in civil or criminal court.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No! I have never been convicted of a felony.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?

The criminal justice system exists to protect law-abiding people, punish those who prey on them, and do it equally. District 10 has held too many funerals. I stand with victims, with police who do the job right, and with neighborhoods that want a child to walk to school alive. Violent crime is not a protest. I will back prosecutors who prosecute, sentences that mean something, and work and family so fewer young men ever see a cell.

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

Government has a duty to protect children from sexual exploitation online. A phone should not put a predator in a child’s bedroom. Parents have the first job. The state’s job is to punish predators, require age verification, and stop platforms from hiding while kids are harmed. District 10 fathers, mothers, grandmothers, and pastors already know this. I will vote to protect children—not Silicon Valley’s profits.

Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

Strongly Agree

American law is the Constitution and the laws of Georgia—not Sharia. Every person stands equal before the same law. Muslims have every right to worship. They do not have a right to a parallel court that treats a woman’s word as less, makes apostasy a crime, or excuses violence in the name of faith. The Black church fought for equal protection under the Constitution. I will not trade that for a second legal system. District 10 gets one law, applied to everyone.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Law-abiding Georgians have a God-given right to protect their homes. I will not disarm a grandmother, a store owner, or a parent in District 10. Felons and the dangerously mentally ill should not have guns—that is already the law. Enforce it. Background checks already exist. Criminals ignore gun bans; they do not ignore prison. Prosecute straw buyers and illegal guns. The Second Amendment is a civil right. Public safety comes from locking up predators, not taking firearms from honest people.
