QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I believe that every life is valuable and deserves protection. For that reason, I support strong protections for the unborn. The only circumstance under which I would support abortion is when the life of the mother is at serious risk. In those rare and tragic situations, medical decisions should prioritize saving the mother’s life. My position reflects my belief in protecting life while recognizing the need to address genuine medical emergencies with compassion and clarity.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

To me, separation of church and state means the government cannot establish a national religion or interfere with individuals’ free exercise of religion. It does not mean religion must be removed from public life. Our founders intended to prevent government control of religion—not to silence religious expression. Separation of church and state means the state stays out of the church—but it doesn’t mean faith must stay out of the public square.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I believe we can make healthcare more affordable and accessible by increasing competition, expanding patient choice, lowering regulatory barriers, and reforming—not expanding—government programs. The goal is universal access to coverage, not a one-size-fits-all federal system.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

As a conservative, I would start by reducing non-essential discretionary spending, reforming entitlement programs, cutting waste and duplication across agencies, and eliminating corporate welfare.

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

I support legal immigration that strengthens our economy and upholds the rule of law. We should prioritize skilled workers, those who fill labor shortages, and individuals who respect our laws and values—while securing the border and ending illegal immigration.

2ND AMENDMENT

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

This is a serious issue that deserves careful consideration. I believe school safety requires a comprehensive approach — including mental health support, secure facilities, trained resource officers, and strong coordination with law enforcement. Any discussion about arming teachers must involve rigorous training, clear standards, and community input.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

As a strong advocate for the Second Amendment, I firmly support the right of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms. Protecting this constitutional freedom is essential to preserving individual liberty and personal responsibility. At the same time, I believe we must be serious about public safety. That means stricter enforcement of existing laws against criminals who misuse firearms, stronger penalties for violent offenders, and increased security measures in our schools.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

My top priority is addressing rising electricity and gas rates that are placing real strain on families in District 51. I would sponsor legislation to increase transparency in utility rate-setting, strengthen oversight to prevent unnecessary rate hikes, and ensure consumers are protected from passing excessive costs onto ratepayers. Hoosier families deserve reliable energy at prices they can afford. Beyond utilities, many families are feeling pressure from inflation and everyday expenses. I would support policies that reduce financial burdens on working families — including tax relief, regulatory reforms that lower costs for small businesses, and initiatives that encourage job growth and wage stability within our district. To create long-term stability, we must continue expanding opportunities within District 51. I would work to attract investment, support local employers, and encourage workforce development partnerships.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I currently serve as the State Representative for Indiana’s District 51, and over the past two years, I’ve had the honor of earning the trust and support of both my family and our community. During my time in office, I’ve worked hard to listen, learn, and advocate for policies that create real opportunities for the people of our district. As a small business owner alongside my wife, I understand firsthand the challenges families and entrepreneurs face — from meeting payroll and managing regulations to planning for long-term growth. That experience gives me a practical, real-world perspective when making legislative decisions. I’m proud of the progress we’ve made, but I’m still learning every day and striving to bring more economic opportunity, stronger schools, and greater prosperity to District 51. My experience in both public service and business has prepared me to lead responsibly and effectively.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

If there’s one thing I want voters to know about me, it’s this: I don’t take this responsibility lightly. I’m accessible, I listen, and I work hard. I care deeply about our community because this isn’t just where I serve — it’s where my family lives, works, and builds our future. I will continue to show up, do the work, and fight for the opportunities our district deserves.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality that is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My faith in God guides my life and decisions. I believe in the importance of family, service, humility, and personal responsibility. Scripture teaches compassion, honesty, and respect for human life, and I try to reflect those values in both my personal and public life. My faith reminds me that leadership is about service, character matters, and freedom requires moral responsibility.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism and race-based violence are absolutely threats to domestic security, and they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But we should also recognize that America’s strength is our commitment to equal justice under the law—not narratives that divide us.
