RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Life begins at conception, and therefore the right to life begins at that point. Elective abortions should be illegal entirely, and the "life of the mother" argument is excessively vague, considering that nearly all occurrences argued happen later in the pregnancy when the child can be given a chance at survival outside the womb rather than just terminating it, thanks to modern technology and the increasing window of viability.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Strongly Agree
Abortion drugs should be illegal, but since that is not an option, the stronger regulations and protections would be necessary in an industry heavily manipulated by organizations like Planned Parenthood.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Planned Parenthood is highly unethical and no such organization should ever receive a dime of public funds.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
No physician should ever be put in or have the power over such a situation, nor should the government. As we have seen in other countries like Canada (who use socialized medicine that far too many people in the US wrongfully desire), this issue is a slippery slope into the government allowing and even advocating for the elimination of what they deem as the burdens to society.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Along with the Constitution, free enterprise is the foundation for all of our rights. If those in government are allowed to dictate our labor and property, they can do the same in all other areas of life. Furthermore, free enterprise capitalism is the only economic system that allows for independent wealth and rewards creativity. Socialism destroys initiative, makes only the ruling class wealthy, and is the root cause for the problems that far too many blame on capitalism.
What is your position on the minimum wage?
The minimum wage should be illegal, as it was when it was first ruled unconstitutional in 1923. Labor and wages should be freely negotiated and agreed upon by employees and employers. Competition and the free market fairly dictate wages.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
ESG and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) are both Marxist ideals that create nothing but division and destruction. Rather than going by someone's experience and/or education, ESG forces people to judge purely based on uncontrollable characteristics. It also pushes the horrific agendas of the "green police" that do far more to destroy our economy and freedoms than protect the environment, as well as reward our politicians who are financially tied to their benefactors in China.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None. The only reasons to close a church would apply to any organization or business, where money is being stolen or people are being harmed. Regardless of how bad someone perceives another's beliefs to be, freedom of speech and exercise of religion shall not be infringed.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
People and companies alike should not be forced to provide services for anyone.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
D. The government should not be involved in healthcare or insurance in any capacity. Just like with everything else they touch, the government makes healthcare and insurance more expensive, over regulated, and less efficient. Healthcare and insurance should both be private and completely open to competition, regardless of boundaries.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Aside from the basic vaccinations that have been around for years for children to attend public schools, vaccines should never be mandated. Also, vaccines should never be mandated politically or out of public fear.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Along with that threat, there are the business and political leaders who are selling us out to the Chinese for their personal benefit, and those people should be prosecuted for such actions. They are purposely undermining our own economy with ESG regulations to strengthen their business interests in China, all while destroying our society by allowing for our borders to remain open, drugs to flow freely into our country, criminals and terrorists to come in unchecked, etc.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. Israel is the lone free state in the Middle East, and it is the only independent Jewish state in the world. Their protection and survival is necessary to prevent further hostile actions against Jewish and Christian states/people, as well as upholding the principles of European Democracy and the American Republic.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
A Nation without strong borders, customs, and laws is not a Nation at all. The purposeful destruction of our borders by the Biden administration is a direct attack on the sovereignty of the United States.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Strongly Agree
Students should not be forced into a particular school because of a zip code or financial situation. I believe in creating a highly competitive educational market that will reward schools and teachers who are benefiting the students, as well as eliminating the ones who are failing them. In addition, the bureaucracy of education should be financially limited and outright eliminated as much as possible, considering those positions rarely benefit students, teachers, or the schools.
VALUES
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
The push to sexualize children by activist groups and politicians is sickening and should be criminal. Furthermore, teaching the destructive nonsense of gender ideology does nothing but confuse and harm children. Simple truths: There are only two genders, "trans" is not a reality or identity but rather a mental illness called gender dysphoria, and "affirming care" is mutilation by doctors and pharmaceutical companies that aim to benefit financially from it.
Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.
Strongly Agree
Aside from life altering decisions that physically, mentally, or medically harm the child, such as the child abuse of gender confusion and mutilation.
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.
Strongly Disagree
It is child abuse and criminal to alter a child sexually or delay their natural bodies (such as with puberty blockers which have been proven catastrophic for their health and are being banned elsewhere in the world).
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Government should have nothing to do with marriage. The government tying money and welfare to marriage has caused nothing but problems for our society, and it is one of many factors contributing to the undermining of the family unit.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a born again Christian who is saved by His grace. Jesus is the son of the one true God and I will continue to live my life to glorify Him. I am a sinner who has been redeemed and I refuse to live in the world of justifying sin with sin so that I can chase my selfish desires. I am thankful that I had friends who judged me and lead me to Jesus, and I will do the same for others through my personal, work, and political lives. As I tell everyone in my life every day, I love you all and I will work to prove that rather than just say it. That goes for my goals in politics, which are to show that love by protecting our State and Nation that God blessed us with, as well as fighting against the evils that are blatantly evident around us.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
It is crucial that we protect our elections. As we've seen for decades, there are people and organizations that try to alter our elections for their own benefit. Anyone who says that our elections are without fraud is blatantly gaslighting you. Drop boxes, mailed out ballots, internet voting, ballot harvesting, failure to purge voter rolls, etc are all means by which our elections are weakened. In person voting with a valid government ID is the best way to protect against fraud.
States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.
Strongly Disagree
The Electoral College is the strongest safeguard against voter fraud and national corruption. If our President was chosen by popular vote, States like California could dictate every election through their extremely weak and corrupt voting practices. They control roughly 11.7% of the US population and could easily swing every election with their 22 million voters, which doesn't even include their push to allow illegal aliens to vote.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. Racism is obviously real, but is not as prevalent as it's portrayed and it would be a non-issue if race baiters in politics and the media didn't constantly play it up to divide and distract the American people. People like Biden proclaiming "white supremacy" is our biggest problem is more of a threat than actual racism. It is also used to demonize people who stand in the way of the race baiters, such as calling people like Larry Elder (who is black) racist and a white supremacist.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
CRT is part of a bigger push by cultural Marxists that aim to destroy the foundations of America so they can replace it with Socialism. Just as with the false cries of racism and sexism, they use CRT to get people to hate their country and each other, and then sell them on the promise of a better life of equality under Socialism. Ironically, the founders of Socialism were actual racists and everywhere it has been established has been largely homogenous.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
There are only two genders, and no amount of surgeries or medication can change that biological fact. Calling a man a "trans-woman" is a lie and puts women at a severe disadvantage physically. It also steals opportunities from women and allows for perverted men to claim such a transformation so they can gain access to places where they can watch, be with, and even abuse women.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.
A and C. The climate does indeed change, but the agenda of climate change is just a fear tactic to create a crisis which allows those in government to steal our rights and wealth. For instance, how does it help the environment to ship our manufacturing jobs to places like Mexico who have far less environmental regulations? How is it "green" to buy batteries from China which does virtually nothing to protect the environment? All it does is help the politicians who dictate the world markets.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Until the technology advances to organically replace them, fossil fuels are the best and most cost effective energy sources on earth. Cheaper energy costs also help generate wealth and prevent environmentally dirty, impoverished areas.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To provide limited functions for the people that they cannot do as a collective, such as provide a system of interstate trade regulations and standard currency, protect the people from predatory businesses and practices, and create an army and navy to protect us from foreign and domestic enemies (while we maintain a citizen army/militia to protect us from a tyrannical government). It is not the job of government to provide us with any needs or services we can/should maintain ourselves.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
I am a Constitutional conservative that believes in the classical liberalism of individual liberties, limited government, and a strong Christian culture. We must have a foundation of uniform practices and beliefs or we will degrade into what we are seeing happen in places like San Francisco and Portland. The Indiana state Constitution directly references and puts our faith in God for that reason. I strongly stand against the modern liberalism of identity politics and authoritarian rule.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.
Strongly Disagree
The police serve a vital role in our communities of serving as a deterrent and enforcer against those who aim to do harm to others. It is our duty as Americans to protect ourselves and our property, but it is also important to have a strong police force that is willing to seek out criminals and rush into danger when needed. The police are often wrongfully blamed for burdensome laws politicians create, and demonized by false narratives in the media. I stand with our police.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None. An armed society is a peaceful society, and any infringement on the 2nd Amendment is a step towards losing that right. The actions of the ATF over the past several years (making millions of Americans felons overnight) is more than enough proof of that. Same goes with numerous other government agencies who are actively trying to make gun/ammo ownership more difficult for law abiding citizens, while simultaneously allowing untold amounts of guns, drugs, and criminals to cross the border.
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
If teachers freely choose to carry and are abiding by state law, they should be allowed to carry. As a teacher, we already have to go through background checks and meet the requirements necessary to be around children. Considering "gun free zones" are the softest targets in the US to attack, we should have more abilities to protect ourselves and the children.
