OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

No organization or charity should be receiving funds from federal, local, or state governments.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Strongly Agree

Every individual has a right to know what possible side effects exist for any drug or medication so that they can make an informed decision.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

If the mother's health/life if put at risk should the pregnancy be carried to term, an exception should be made after all other options to ensure the health and wellbeing of both the mother and child have been exhausted. An exception should be considered in the case of rape, so long as the woman has had a rape kit performed proving she was raped, after she has been informed of and considered other options, such as adoption, and before the first trimester has ended.

Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?

No. The Tenth Amendment states that any power not enumerated in the Constitution rests with the individual states. Because of this, the issue of abortion is a state issue and it is up to the individual states to determine what restrictions will be imposed within their borders.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

All it means is that Congress cannot establish a national religion, however, it does not forbid or prevent people of religious faith from influencing the government, nor does it mean that the Ten Commandments cannot be displayed on public property.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Individuals and businesses reserve the right to refuse service.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C. The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

It is time to reexamine the United States' relationship with Israel and all the funding that given to them. At the end of the day, the moral obligation the U.S. government has is to the United States itself and the American people, no foreign entity.

What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?

1. We have a government that routinely puts the interests, lives, and border security of other nations ahead of its own. 2. The United States government kept us in a 20 year conflict in Afghanistan only to return it to the Taliban and an 8 year war in Iraq only to have it fall into the hands of ISIS. 3. The Pentagon forced good men and women out of the military for refusing to take an experimental vaccine.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options.

ECONOMY

What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?

1. Propose the elimination of the Federal Income Tax and the repealing of the 16th Amendment. 2. Failing that, propose an end to the current tax code and replace it with a flat tax of no more than 10%. 3. Eliminate the IRS.

Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

Strongly Agree

Your loans are your responsibility. It is wrong to force those who never had loans, or paid theirs off to pay for yours.

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

ESG is just another form of Marxism in disguise and is anti-American. Countries that have implemented ESG are facing food shortages and economic turmoil. The goal of ESG is to bankrupt and destroy nations, especially those based upon the principles of individual freedom. It has no place in the United States.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

A nation that refuses to protect its borders ceases to be a nation. If the United States is to survive the current invasion taking place at the hands of its own government, the southern border must be secured.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

At this point and time all immigration needs to be stopped. Thanks to the Biden's Administration's open border policy, illegal immigration is out of control to the point where crime has increased in cities across the country and the majority crossing are military age men from all over the world, Until we can fix it, we cannot allow anyone to enter. The only exception would be an individual marrying a U.S. citizen, at which point, they will have to follow existing law.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Parents should never be forced to put their children in a failing school. They are the ultimate educators of their children and it is their right to decide where their children attend school.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

Schools should be controlled at the local level. The federal government has no business being involved in education. Since its involvement, the quality of education has declined steadily and are now pushing ideology not education. We never needed a Department of Education. We eliminated our first Department of Education when it was created in 1867. It is time to eliminate the current U.S. Department of Education and give control back to the local communities.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Strongly Disagree

We have already seen what happens when you defund the police. In the areas that have done so, crime has risen exponentially. Another way needs to be found to fund community programs, but reducing the funding of police is not it.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. Restrictions on gun ownership has reduced public safety, and the more restrictions there are, the less safe the public will be.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.

Strongly Disagree

The only reform the Supreme Court should undergo is to eliminate their lifetime terms and reduce it to a term of 25-30 years. That is long enough to serve their country and allow the succeeding generation to reach maturity and help prevent any one justice serving even if they suffer from age-related dementia. The number of justices on the Supreme Court should remain nine.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

The only purpose of government is to protect the God-given rights of individuals.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No.

VALUES

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Strongly Agree

It is ridiculous that we have gotten to this point in our society to where the most trusted adults in children's lives are pushing them to mutilate themselves in the name of "gender affirming care" and all so they can push a dangerous ideology.

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Strongly Disagree

Taxpayer funds should never be used to provide gender transition services. Those wish to go through gender transition can pay for it themselves.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I value the rights of the individual. That we are each born with certain inalienable rights and that these rights come from God. Because of this, individuals are the most important minority and this why the law exists. It exists to protect those rights. I value American sovereignty and believe that America First is not a campaign talking point to be used as a way of buying votes, but a promise. I believe that the oath of office you swear is a covenant between you, God, and your fellow citizens.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Elections must be free, safe, and secure. One way to ensure this is with photo identification as proof of I.D. We already use photo I.D. when purchasing alcohol, tobacco, opening bank accounts, etc. Why should voting be any different?

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

The electoral college is the only guarantee that the less populated states are not ruled by the most populated states, and ensures that the president represents all Americans, serving as the great equalizer in presidential elections. Without it, only 3-5 states would determine the outcome of every presidential election making the votes of the 47-45 meaningless.

EQUALITY

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Critical Race Theory was created by a Marxist as a way to divide Americans by race and is anti-American in its construct. It uses skin color to teach one group to hate itself and another to always look upon itself as a victim. This goes against the very notion of every individual being responsible for his/her own life and choices and against the notion of equality under the law. CRT is also used to justify racism against those viewed as "oppressors".

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

Biological men are not women. It's that simple. Transgenderism is being used to eliminate the rights of everyone, but especially women and is turning women back into second class citizens.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Strongly Disagree

There is no such thing as man-made climate change. Climate change is a natural process of the Earth, but it is not influenced or caused by man. We are not gods. It is time we stop acting like it.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Nuclear. It is efficient, reliable, and carbon free.
