RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Only if the life of the mother is at risk.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

While I do want embryos to be protected, I am also not a proponent of artificially creating them, and certainly not funding that activity throught the government.

ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
People will only work for so little. Minimum wage jobs should generally be for new, and unskilled labor, or for part-time work for those that are not in need of a living wage.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Investigate fraud. Prosecute fraud. Recoup monies lost in fraud cases, asap. Stop giving non-profit organizations vast amounts of money without oversight.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It is meant to be a wall between the state and religious organizations to ensure that we don't have a government controlled, state-funded church in America. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion" means the state stays out of church business, and not that religious idea cannot be introduced to the state. Most people do not have the benefit of knowing the origin of this idea, sadly.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
This is not a serious question for a State House candidate, honestly. The relationship is important for strategy on a global level, certainly, and because they are the only free people in the Middle East. Ergo, they share our democratic values and that is proven as all types and kinds of people and religious values are allowed to thrive in their county. It is not so in other Middle-Eastern countries.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

This is not a serious question for a state house race. That said, if Federal funding dollars could flow to the states, without influence and strings attached, and we had the 'local control' of our own state, there would be huge advantages.

I'm not looking for this, but in the right circumstances, it may not be an issue. If it is fair and not only tribal governments that benefit, then maybe.

Dedicated Christian. Jesus is the Son of God, and part of the Trinity. I am saved by His grace, through faith, and not of works, so nothing for salvation - eternal life - can I do on my own besides accept His free gift of it, per the truth of John 3:16 in His Holy Word.

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

This is basic biology, and common sense. Women should be respected, and kept safe from having their privacy violated by men. A true feminist should agree with this premise, and demand better for all women and girls. Sadly, this is often not the case, and this is viewed as a 'culture war' by people who would make this political. Shame.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

The climate changes. We are insignificant in the global picture. Weather, it is proven over time, does what it does, and our schemes will not alter any of it by any measurable amount. We should make the best use of all resources and seek to pollute as little as possible, recognizing that not everything can be a carbon-free operation.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Nuclear power. It's modern, proven, and not as scary as it once was. Coal is super reliable - wood is natural - both are abundant and can be cleaned up, and should be utilized for baseload power to supply abundant, affordable electric power.

It's interesting that we agreed with Democrats to pass a bill to ban nudification in Minnesota on online apps, but the same Democrats refused to put an age verification on access for porn sites.
