QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Neutral
This depends on the situation of the cause of pregnancy and the child's quality of life.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Disagree
This decision should be made between the patient and her doctor.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Rape, Incest, Health to the mother and the baby.
Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?
This is a much more complicated question. I don't believe the federal government should be involved in any person's medical issues. This is something that each state must consider.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The concept of "separation of church and state" holds significance as it guards against the potential misuse of religious influence as a tool that might infringe upon the rights and freedoms of individuals practicing different faiths. This principle ensures that no particular religion is wielded as a force to the detriment of others, thereby safeguarding religious freedoms for all.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
A business should have the right to choose its clientele, but if such a choice infringes on Americans' rights to Life, Liberty, or the pursuit of happiness, the government should cease providing any support, such as tax breaks. Denying service to a protected class raises concerns about potential discrimination against other groups, leading to a slippery slope.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
I hold the view of C, asserting that the United States has become overly entangled in the affairs of other nations. We allocate a substantial portion of our GDP to the United Nations, which often remains passive. It's imperative that we redirect our focus to our military and domestic needs for a period.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. Israel is an ally of the U.S. They are under attack from terrorist organizations that will commit Genocide. This is when the U.S. must spring into action.
What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?
1. Toxic leadership at the Battalion level. 2. Terrible pay: Soldiers qualify for food stamps. 3. The local chain of command spends more time going overboard with their own ideas to make themselves look good at the cost of the soldier's mental health. 4. Families are not treated as a priority. 5. The government cuts the programs that Soldiers need. Example, they just stopped paying for the storage of Soldiers House Hold Goods and Vehicles while deployed to save money.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Never
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
My stance leans towards a combination of B and C, advocating for government-funded healthcare options available for all who desire them, supplemented by private healthcare alternatives. Everyone should be able to have some type of affordable healthcare.
ECONOMY
What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?
I would advocate for clarity in the tax system by supporting a flat tax, a comprehensive rewrite of the current tax code, eliminate the death tax, and reduce federal income tax. This aims to enable Americans to keep more of their income and wealth
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.
Strongly Agree
If an individual has taken out a loan for college, they are responsible for repaying it.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
We must secure the border. It poses a clear & present danger to our country, and I view it not just as a security issue but also as a humanitarian crisis. Thousands of people are being exploited, and we must address this situation urgently. Our border agents, on the front lines, deserve every piece of equipment necessary to carry out their duties effectively. Unfortunately, our government is currently underfunding them, and it's crucial to allocate the resources needed to secure it.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Everyone should have the opportunity to immigrate to the U.S. Diversity has been a key factor in making our nation great. We must streamline & update the immigration process. Proper documentation & ensuring good moral & ethical character not only guarantee the protection & well-being of legal immigrants but also allow the government to be aware of and provide assistance to those within the U.S. A clear & efficient immigration process is essential for the security of the nation.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Disagree
I support school choice. Parents should have the right to select the school that is best for their child. But not at the cost of the school's funding. Schools already struggle with funding. To take that money away from the schools will make the quality of education worse for the majority of students.
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.
Strongly Disagree
No, more money for Police Departments is needed.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
A person who has known mental issues should be flagged from owning a gun until cleared by a mental health physician.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.
Agree
This would allow to take some pressure off of the Supreme Court and give people a chance for a more speedy trail.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To protect or nation from its enemies. Represent the United States on the world scale, Make sure that states do not infringe on Americans' Civil Rights
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
VALUES
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Disagree
No person or government shall infringe on any human's right to Life, Liberty, or pursuit of happiness.
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
Body mutilation should not be allowed until a person is 18 years of age.
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.
Agree
This decision should be made between a medical provider and the patient.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe I'm on this Earth to serve as an instrument of protection for the innocent and vulnerable, as ordained by a higher purpose.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
The Electoral College gives each state "Teeth" to protect them from states with higher populations. For example, California should not be making decisions for North Dakota.
EQUALITY
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Agree
I believe that every part of history should be taught. However, some parts are ugly and embarrassing. There is a place and time to have a conversation about race in the United States. That conversation should be at a High School level and higher.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Agree
We as a planet must acknowledge that we are hurting the planet. It is everyone's duty to protect it. I would like to see every county work towards cleaning the mess that we made such as trash in the oceans, rivers, and such. Going green is something that should be done over time and all at once will not fit the issue.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Nuclear power would be the most efficient form of power. Coal should be used until we can find a better solution.
