Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Personally the circumstances that may be considered are the life of the mother, incest, and rape.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Personally every life deserves to be given a chance to survive and a natural death the way God has planned is the best option. Life is too short already for so many due to accidents, we need to value the sanctity of life.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Human embryos created through artificial methods should be protected to help with research on genetic diseases or human development and would eliminate the scientists need to use natural embryos to further research. There has to be clear ethical guidelines.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

I am not sure the Comstock Act is something that could stop birth control medications or the morning after pill being mailed to people.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
This is not specifically in the constitution. The First Amendment ‘Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.’ This takes away the fear of a state church. This phrase came from Thomas Jefferson's letter on January 1, 1802, describing the First Amendment and that it protects the expression of faith so the people would know that they could express their faith freely in public.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

No business should be forced to provide services that violates their moral or religious beliefs because I am sure there is a business that would again stifle the free market. Freedom of choice in very important in all aspects of our lives.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

The CCP is definitely a serious threat to our way of life. They should not be able to purchase our land, we need to have all medication production brought back to the USA, minimal VISAs only for specific needs, end the research facilities like the gain of function, and ensure our security and property are not compromised by unethical people in government or business.

Yes, the United States and Israel have an important relationship to maintain peace in the Middle East.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

I personally like the Health Savings Account for everyone because it makes everyone accountable for their care, physicians would be able to treat patients and not have to have all of the unnecessary paperwork.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
Increasing the minimum wage can reduce hiring of personnel, hurt small businesses and lead to job loss. Truthfully minimum wage should be eliminated because businesses are able to determine wages using supply and demand versus the government control.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Free enterprise and the right to private property lead to individual prosperity and initiative. When government gets involved it leads to inefficiencies in free enterprise and as we have seen in corruption in business right in Columbus with the daycares.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
Abolish Property Taxes to ensure the government is accountable to the people. Bring back the Joint Medicaid Oversight Committee. Establish strict contracting quality assurance statements to ensure any project is done to standard, on time, and under budget preferably. Eliminate Corporate Tax Abatements for years, instead have limited tax abatements and ensure the community receives impact fees. Grow the Economy through Economic Development and shrink the size of government.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

American cities should be sanctuaries for law abiding citizens and enforcement of the rule of law not for special interests or illegal activity.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Each State is capable of ensuring the people are educated to the highest standard and will be motivated to use the funding to ensure excellence across the state instead of competing for the money that should remain in the state.

I agree totally because our higher learning institutions have been overtaken by people that want to destroy the American way of life and this has to be stopped. A good first step would be to eliminate the funding from outside governments.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
The goal of the criminal justice system should be to first actively try to prevent crime. When crimes occur people should be tried and then punished for their crimes no matter their socioeconomic status. If that means the death penalty, then so be it. I live by my Dad's philosophy that if you lock the door you know that does not prevent a crime, but keeps honest people honest. The fear of punishment keeps people honest.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The only restrictions on gun ownership is if the person is mentally ill or too young to know how to handle a gun safely. I am very happy that Ohio has constitutional carry and believe that it keeps the criminals guessing, which makes for a freer society.

Parental rights are very important and the government should never try to take the place of the parent child relationship.

Gambling has been promoted so much and now they have online gambling, but then they play a commercial about how you can get help with their gambling addiction in the same advertisement. Gambling is an addiction and promotes indebtedness which leads to the failure of the family.

I am a bible believing, one God, the most high. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins. I believe that we are all given free will and our choices can be clear.

I have had a photo ID for everything in my life and currently possess several of them for work, driving, the military, for retirement benefits, etc. It is simple a photo ID is easy to get and is required for voting no exceptions.

A lot of people have fallen on hard times no matter what their race, religion, sexuality, etc. No one person should be given reparations, that is a hand out to appease any one certain group. When I returned from Iraq and Afghanistan each deployment, I was so thankful that I was born in America and live free. There is no place better in the world.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Coal, Gas, and the use of Nuclear. Reusing the nuclear cells in the large reactors in mini reactors per scientific data can run our electric grid for another 1,000 years or more.
