Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Abortion should not be taxpayer funded. We should DIVEST from systems of Death, Decay, and Destruction and INVEST into Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for Californians. We should support and fund systems which support Life.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I don't believe in elective abortion.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

What is your position on the minimum wage?
$7.25 is the minimum wage since 2009. We went from 359 to 989 Billionaires since. What happened to trickle-down economics? An increase negatively affects Main Street, not Wall Street. Top Marginal Tax Rate decreases encouraged wealth hoarding.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Defund. Divest. Invest. Reduce. Eliminate. Return. Defund Failure, waste, fraud, and abuse. Divest from systems of death, decay, and destruction. Invest in systems of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for Californians. Reduce government spending. We spend too much and get too little. Eliminate wasteful programs, spending, and redundancies. Return money, power, and disbursement back to the County, and out of the hands of Sacramento.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
"Separation of Church and State" is not in the Constitution or any legal documents. The Church is The People. You can't separate people, of any belief, from Government. We do not need, nor should we have, an official Church of the Government. The First Amendment declares "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof". Preventing Government from stepping into the Church, but not believers from entering into government.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C. I'd take a multi-faceted approach. Evict Federal Government Agencies entirely from being involved with Health in California. Removing the FDA and allowing a truly private free market to thrive would bring innovation and competition. Use Public Resources to bring back the Public Hospital System which used to be able to compete with the private sector and serve every Californian for a fraction of the cost. My job is to create a surplus and be a good steward of public funds.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Chinese energy is outperforming American energy infrastructure. Energy is the currency of the future. 27% of our Uranium is enriched in Russia. Our Lithium is coming from Taiwan, and the TSMC, which the American public is now funding through the CHIPS Act. Our solutions are here. We need to become energy independent as a matter of National Security. California should drill for oil, extract uranium and embrace decentralized micro-nuclear grids, and extract lithium to secure our economic future.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Commerce and trade should be our primary concern with other countries. We should focus on what we can create here at home and less on what can be destroyed abroad. Human and financial capital is wasted on war. Israel has incredible desalination capabilities, great infrastructure for technology startup companies, and a public healthcare and university system which actually serve the public. There is a lot we can learn from other countries if we focus on trade, development, and collaboration.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

America was established on decentralization of Government. America was academically performing at its highest level in 1967. The Department of Education was established in 1979. The more education has centralized, the less return we see on our investments in education. More money spent on bureaucracy, less in the classroom. My Grandpa was a teacher at a time when a teacher's salary bought a home and raised a family. Teachers are underpaid and dip into their pockets to fund the classroom.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

This is part of my Divestment Platform. The University, State College, Junior College, and entire public education system in California should serve the public in California, not foreign, or even out of state students. Until 1968, the California State College and University System was free for Californians. I say "free", but it was funded through the public. In California, before the Department of Education, our grandparents built the public education system Thomas Jefferson imagined.

I'm a Christian. Jesus Christ is my personal Lord and Savior. He is my True North and why I am on this mission. I attend Church every Sunday with my family in Murrieta. We started attending every week in February of 2024. Attending Church has made more convicted and radical in my beliefs. Man cannot serve two masters. We need a Treasurer to be a benefactor of the people, not a beneficiary, like Joseph preparing for 7 years of famine. The Treasurer is responsible for the people's Treasure. Too many elected officials have been willing to sell out the people for their bag of gold. We must put a stop to it and hold people accountable. Whatever happened to the "righteous anger" for those taking advantage of the vulnerable?

Nuclear. We built 50 nuclear power plants in the 1970's. Abandoning nuclear and privatizing uranium was a massive mistake. America privatized uranium in 1992. Since we have spent billions in subsidies. And it has been a complete failure.

Parents are the authority and watchdog over their children. Government should not require ID for internet access. If an adult sexually targets or harms a child, they should face the death penalty.

Shall not be infringed. An armed society is a polite society. We had open carry in California until the Mulford Act in 1967. Until 1967 it was legal to open carry loaded weapons in California.
