Texas needs more support from the government. We already provide the country with affordable energy and now a dumping ground for neighboring states’ waste water. Now we have to secure the border threats on our own as well? Unfair for Texas to bear the burden.

Texas-born Latina, my views have always been rooted in my faith. College, career, and just growing up everything I knew took alternative routes but the Lord brought me back to what is right. Standing up for our nation's energy independence is the first thing I think of every day. Without energy security the rest will fall. I chose to focus on the industry for industries, oil and gas, to ensure our state's ability to govern our natural resources and protect the economy from over correction.
